A great house for 5 families to be together. Very clean and well equipped with what we needed. The host was very attentive and helpful. Great community and location. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean & Comfortable house for large families
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We came on an extended family vacation with 4 couples/families. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed all of the amenities provided such as the stocked kitchen where we cooked all of our meals. The garage area and all the extra beach items were so helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We loved that it was gated and required keycard access. The pools and kiddie water play areas were nice for the large age range we traveled with. The beach was never too crowded. Every interaction we had with the owners were nice. We had a very pleasant time.
The house was great! Perfect for our group of 9. We had everything we needed at the house, amenities were great. Quiet neighborhood and plenty to do. We love coming to Surfside/Myrtle Beach and will definitely be back.

We are very sorry to leave a disappointing review as the owners were very nice.The home is in dire need of a good clean and a paint job or at least wiping off all the scuffs/marks off the walls. The carpets need replaced (or at least swept/cleaned.) We had to wash the sofa covers as there was white goop on them and washed our spread as it had stains. Honestly, we are not fussy people, and we did not allow it to ruin our vacay . That is why we did what we could on our own without complaining. We just feel that the home did not measure up to the price we paid to rent it and want to give others fair warning and question the 5 star reviews??
The Indoor Pool was closed for maintenance and we had no warning. We have a competitive swimmer in our family who was training who had to drive 25+ min to the Y to use their facilities. The two outdoor pools are too small for the overgrown communities that share it & could not handle the traffic. No chairs, no room. We thought the home was a block away from the ocean but it's a mile.Our fault for not better investigation. The kitchen is well stocked but the dishes and silverware are very sparce. The silverware was very flimsy... and all mix matched. (Which would have been fine if they were a decent quality.) There were barely enough plates and poor quality.
. We owned a resort rental for 10 years and we always strived to keep the home in the manner that we would want it to be when we are there. It takes work and care. It was disappointing.

- We use a professional cleaning service to clean before each guest's arrival. After receiving your feedback, we promptly shared it with our cleaning team, who thoroughly investigated the incident. As a result, the crew responsible for the cleaning before your stay has been terminated, and we have replaced them with folks committed to upholding our rigorous cleaning standards.
- In addition, we personally visited the property to inspect and address many of these matters ourselves. We have cleaned the scuff marks on the walls to the best of our ability for the time being. However, during the peak season, the property may experience some wear and tear, making it challenging to allocate enough time for painters to address these concerns between renters. We have plans in place to schedule painters to rectify any remaining touch-ups after the busy season has concluded.
- We have also spot-cleaned the carpet. Please note that we also have the carpets professionally cleaned at the start of every season to maintain their quality.
- We've conducted a review of our listing, and it accurately specifies that our property is located one mile from the beach. Additionally, our community offers a highly advantageous amenity, which is private gated beach parking with a restaurant and bar located right on the beach. This amenity has proven to be extremely beneficial for the majority of our guests, and this is the first time we've received a comment of this nature.
- We make an effort to provide a sufficient amount of plates, silverware, cups, and other dining essentials to accommodate groups of 20 or more, which could result in some mismatched items. We will review the quality of these items and take steps to ensure they align with the overall aesthetics of our beautiful house.
- We apologize for the inconvenience of the indoor pool being closed during your stay. At the time, we were unaware of this situation. We have since contacted Oceanside Village to request an advance notice regarding the indoor pool's availability.
- It's important to consider that your stay occurred during a peak season when the outdoor pools were in high demand. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! Both kitchens are full of items to help create meals. Having two full kitchens and dishwashers was ideal. Quick walk to the beach! TVs are newer and nice with Acess to many channels and apps. Beds and bedding is comfy and rooms have extra space. Big closets! Would stay here again for sure!
This space was amazing, very nice community, enough space for whole family, enjoyed the large room for the kids. Enjoyed having 2 kitchens to be able to cook in and hangout in. We enjoyed our stay!
