The home was very clean and well maintained. It looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi lights were a huge hit with the kids and adults :) Many amenities like pool toys, beach towels and umbrellas, kitchen supplies (ziplock bags, foil, etc…) were available for use. 10-30 minutes from multiple beautiful beaches. I highly recommend- we will be back!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the home was clean, well maintained, and matched the pictures, and that the comfortable beds and pool and jacuzzi lights were such a hit with the whole family. It's great to hear the extra amenities like the pool toys, beach towels, and kitchen supplies came in handy, and that the location made it easy to reach the beaches nearby. We really appreciate you sharing your experience!

The owner was very nice to work with, he helped with the pool when we called asking how to get the heater working. He allowed us to rent an extra night when our flights got cancelled due to bad weather back home. We were very pleased with our stay!!

Great vacation home!

The property was just as pictured and described! Plenty of space, very clean, and had everything needed for a worry-free stay. Kirk offered some great restaurant and other recommendations, and was very accommodating. Wish our stay was longer!

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It is very clean and comfortable. The home is quite spacious, with many seating options, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We had alot of fun in the pool and hot tub, which were clean and very well maintained, with a nice pool deck having all the amenities. The house is in a great location and nice subdivision, only a few miles from Fort Myers beach and from Sanibel Island. The communication from the host was excellent and welcoming. Highly recommended all-around.

Enjoyed everything about this property. It was our home away from home for 6 weeks and we could not have asked for better. The location made it easy to get around by car or we could safely walk in the neighborhood and to near by grocery stores. Neighbors were always pleasant and welcoming. Kirk, our host, was great with communication. His responses were prompt and helpful, going out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. This was such a positive experience, we already booked a return visit for next year.

It was a wonderful stay. Perfect for us and the two kids. So much fun at the pool and quick drive to beaches. Super clean, quick responses from owners. Also if may be weird but I always rate water pressure in the shower and hot water. I like a hot shower with a good water pressure . Both were A!!!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this rental. Plenty of room and accommodations to make you feel at home. The owners were communicative and helped when we had a minor issue. The mattresses are quite firm, which some people prefer. Would stay again.

Great Property

The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was a nice benefit. Great location as well. My only suggestion would be more comfortable pillows on the bed.

5 stars - has EVERYTHING you need

This property had it all! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids age 8 and under. The pool and hot tub were a hit including all the pool toys the kids could dream of. There were tons of coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had 2nd fridge available in the garage. Very much enjoyed our stay!
