About this property

Beautiful South Facing Villa on Lake

Our house was completed in October 2005 we have spared no costs on home comforts. Our guests simply love it, especially the views of the lake with all it's wildlife. We are in a very tranquil location. The house is beautifully furnished, right down to a leather recliner. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and backs onto the lake. The master bathroom has twin basins, a bath and walk in shower. All bedrooms have walk in closets. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. From the family room you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and fountain. Our pool (electrically heated) also looks onto the lake and has a southern exposure for lots of sun hours. All rooms, even the pool area, have fans. We provide free wireless internet. There is both inside and in the lanai dining room for six persons.
No Pets / No Smoking.

Enjoy walking in downtown Naples or visiting the chic restaurants and art galleries of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street.There are nine public/ semi private golf courses within 10 minutes drive from our house. There's absolutely no shortage of supermarkets or restaurants within minutes from our location. The fabulous Miromar Outlets shopping mall is less than a mile away. The exclusive Coconut Point shopping and dining and Gulf Coast Town center are 3 miles away. The house is situated west of I-75 and one mile from US. 41. The beach is 20 minutes drive and Fort Myers airport only 15 minutes.

Great location

The house was exactly as shown. It was clean and great location. Adrian was a great host, clear communication and welcoming. I was here with my 2 kids and husband meeting a bunch of family for the holiday. It was a great location for us, near the rest of the family and plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful Stay in Florida!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved fishing, racing electric boats and watching ducklings at the lake and we all enjoyed the sunny lanai, pool and outdoor dining. There was enough room for our family of five and the well provisioned (and very clean) house made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Our only negative comment is the WiFi, which went down a couple of times and required restarting the router. Thank you!

This was our 1st time not being able to stay on the beach and we were not disappointed with our choice! Everything was just as beautiful as pictured. The Villa is located inside a very quiet/gated community. The pool area was perfect for the 2 of us. We would have booked if for March 2024 but unfortunately it has already been booked.

Property was as stated in VRBO. Very clean. lots of pantry items available for prepping meals. Sleeps six very comfortably. In a great safe gated community. Close to everything Malls, Beeches and parks to visit. Pool got a lot of use as our days were in the 80,s. Adrian was very easy to contact when needed.

Fantastic immaculate vacation house

We stayed for two weeks in May 2018 and everything was perfect! Upon entering the house we noticed that it was immaculate and spacious. The lanai overlooks a beautiful lake and fountain and we enjoyed watching the ducks and birds. The pool was great for taking a dip and there is a nice grill on the lanai deck. Bedrooms were all spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner at the villa. Adrian, the owner, was a pleasure to talk to, he was very responsive, and he was very flexible about extending our stay. The location was perfect for us, very close to Miromar Outlets, and fantastic beaches are only about 20 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants nearby, too. We would definitely stay here again!!

a winter get-away

Our stay at this property was most enjoyable. it was just a perfect spot to spend a month away from Michigan winters. The listing description was very accurate. The photo's were right on, but I must say, the home was better than the photo's. The home was outstandingly clean on our arrival. getting in touch with the owner was alway easy and the owner quickly answered any question and kept regularly in touch. The location to shopping and restaurants was ideal. Coconut Point shopping and it's restaurants were outstanding. The beaches are within 20 mins. We particularly enjoyed the scenery and lake by the pool in the lanai. I would highly recommend this rental property. Thanks again Ray & Maxine

Better than expected

The home was in a safe gated community with patio facing a pond and fountain. The pool was heated which afforded us opportunity to cool off and relax after a round of golf, of which there are dozens of great courses within a half hours drive. The roperty was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Adrian was super available and generous with his responses to our needs and followup to our comfort. We would recommend this property to all. Easy in Estero

The property is convenient and located in a nice gated community. Communication was easy and helpful. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom house to base yourself in while in this area this house should work for you. The bedrooms are very roomy. Amenities are basic and we offered some feedback on those.
