Corner Condo unit on 2nd Floor, with a large balcony that wraps around and gives a partial view of the Gulf Water. Condo is located on the beachside. No walking across the street, you are directly on the beach! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom - Open concept - 1,100sq ft condo is located in a very popular vacation building. The sugary soft sands of Indian Shores and large heated pool make it the perfect location. The living room has new hurricane sliding glass door that provides not only sound and weather protection but provides views of sunrises daily! There are 3 TV's with cable ,living room (55 Inch Smart TV) & Main Bedroom (43 Inch Smart TV), 2nd Bedroom (43 inch smart TV). The full-size kitchen is fully equipped & has a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating and a dining table. The main bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Full Size beds. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower. The condo has FREE secure WiFi. Central Air/Heat.

CONDO SUPPLIES : Bed Linens, Bath towels, Dish Cloths, Beach towels, Beach Chairs & Umbrella.
Starter kit containing 2 rolls of Toilet Paper & 1 Paper Towel, 2 Dishwasher pods, dish soap.

There is a coin laundry room on each floor of the building.

We had a great time at the condo! It was the perfect location, less busy, but a close drive to more tourist spots. Sandy was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had right away. The condo was clean and even ready for us early. We will be back to this location for sure!

The owners are very responsive to email, texts, and messaging on VRBO. The condo was just as pictured and described. The king bed was comfortable and while I didn't really prepare any meals, the kitchen seemed well equipped. I liked the location on Gulf Blvd; it was convenient to the plans I had for my stay. Check in was a breeze; a few days before my arrival I got an email with the door code so no check in was needed. I don't have any concrete plans to return to Florida but I would definitely stay here again if visiting in the area.

Take a few steps from this condo & you are on the beach! It was so easy to get to from the airport, close to restaurants, ice cream, coffee, general store & a short drive for groceries. The living & dining area is very spacious with plenty of seating & flows out to the large wrap around deck. The kitchen could use a few updates, but you will have everything you need for cooking & eating. Since we flew, we greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler! Sandy & Bonnie are wonderful hosts & communicated with us from the time of booking to check out :)

Beautiful property including a lovely wrap around porch with a view of the ocean and the intra-coastal. Conveniently located to the beach and even a wonderful French Bakery and Cafe across the street. It was great to have beach chairs and beach towels and a washer and dryer down the hall. Nice communication with the Owners. Highly recommend.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect location. My child did accidentally knock over the iron and make a burn mark on the counter. We did love the property and feel terrible about the accident.

The beachside condo was amazing! Three separate seating areas on the wraparound balcony, including a view of the beach, made for lots of outdoor relaxing. We appreciated the provided beach towels and chairs for our family of four and loved being right on the beach. The condo itself has a great layout with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and dining area. We would definitely stay here again!

The wraparound balcony and the view from the side window of the family room were nice. The area overall was quiet, with good restaurant options nearby. Our Florida Beach Getaway

Loved the accommodations and location. Heated pool with direct access to the beach was excellent. The condo was everything we desired and Sandy was an awesome host who helped with a few small questions we had about the area.
