Modern apartment in great area of Minneapolis

Not much to complain about with my stay. The door was actually not locked when I arrived which I found to be strange. Some very minor cleanliness notes (shower curtain was dirty on the inside of the shower, someone else's ice cream was in the freezer and the fridge smelled like pizza was in it just 5 minutes earlier), and the bed sheets could have been better quality. Overall quiet building and didn't feel bothered at all. Great location close to transit and restaurants as well as Whole Foods around the corner. Nice choice for a short trip in the city.

Cute property in a convenient location

These apartments are small, but have what you need for a short stay. The location is convenient for activities in downtown Minneapolis, and it's close to transit. The river is a short walk away. They only complaint I have for these properties is that they do not have cooking basics like oil, despite having kitchens, cookware and dishes.

It’s all about the location

Great stay - super clean & well positioned to everything: parks, walking trails with bike & scooter rentals, Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods, restaurants, theatre district, Target, stadiums, The U, public transportation to almost anywhere in the city, including airport, etc.

Mostly great!

The location, building, and bed were awesome! The shower wasn’t great - no water pressure and rusty shower head. Wish the kitchen had some kind of serving or mixing bowls and a baking sheet. Overall would still go back based on the price, location and comfy bed. Thank you!

Almost perfect!

Pros: Privacy, very quiet, bright, balcony, new building and furnishings, kitchen is spacious and equipped, comfortable bed. Cons: Not very clean- there were crumbs all over the rug in the living room. Crumbs and dust and a blemish sticker stuck to the coffee table (EW). The artwork in the living room had something smeared on the glass and the sides of the bed frame had clearly been used as a tissue, also found nail clippings next to bed. If this place was cleaner, it would be perfect. Another item to note is the stench of garbage on the main floor, which is covered up by air freshener.

As advertised and just what we needed

My business partner and I used this as a working weekend getaway and it was great. Could cast to the TV and had numerous tables to work from and spread out. Located within walking distance to a couple restaurants and nice outdoor patio and courtyard. Little light on towel and would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels stocked, but otherwise was just what we needed and as described.

Living space of property was drafty, which mattered because it was quite cold outside. Couch and chairs not very comfortable. Almost couldn’t watch super bowl due to problems with TV set up and chrome cast but Joey was helpfuk

Great spot to stay in the North Loop! Easy in and out.

SmSid a long weekend staycation here in town and enjoyed being able to meander the streets and easily walk to local dining places. Apartment was well lit and great responsiveness from the host.
