Enjoy luxury living in this newly renovated historic condominium a 2 minute walk from Charlottetown’s downtown core, and two blocks up from the waterfront.
Winter rental available on request
History: A major renovation to this building/condo was recently completed bringing a new life into to an old building. Built by architect Thomas Alley in 1874 and finished in 1876. The Alley family retained ownership of 62 Prince Street until the 1940s, when the widow of Alley’s grandson, Dr. Gordon Alley, sold the building to the Canadian Red Cross Society. Prior to this, the Alleys’ rented the building to Royal Canadian Mounted Police for use as its headquarters. It would house divisional administrative offices and serve as a home for unmarried officers. In 1949, tenders were called for the addition to the south side of the building. By 1950, the addition was complete, as was the remodeling of the building’s interior.

The condo was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. After a day of exploring the island-Ryan had great recommendations for us-it was nice to park in a reserved spot and walk to dinner. I would highly recommend this property. The added bonus of beach towels and a beach bag was appreciated.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect. It is close to the downtown. Just a short walk to many great restaurants and shopping and live entertainment. It is close to the harbour front and the boardwalk with the best views. Ryan, our host, was always quick to reply to any questions. We definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when back on PEI.

This was a lovely property! It is in a historical building just a couple of minutes walk from the harbor. It has all the amenities one could hope for including washer/dryer and two parking spots.Ryan was very good at responding to communications.A beautiful property in a wonderful location!

Absolutely perfect

This accommodation was certainly one of the best we’ve stayed in. Travel a lot and very fussy-but this condo was ‘absolutely perfect’. It was exactly as pictured, the location was central, yet peaceful, so comfortable and clean with every appliance you could possibly need. A first class stay and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Place

This property is so lovely. Perfectly located in Charlottetown. Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for sharing the space with friends. Its spacious, modern and so well kept.

Charlottetown PEI gem

Great property. Beautifully renovated unit. Easy walking to port area and many local restaurants. Great local music within walking distance. Easy drive to Anne of Green Gables historic sites which were very enjoyable.
