The house has a special charm due to its beautifully crafted Swiss wooden architecture. It is surrounded by over 10,000 m² of green space, offering stunning views of nature from almost every room, as well as a lovely lake with fish and Victoria Regis water lilies (fishing is prohibited).

The property sits atop a sunny mountain, with several natural springs, 200 metres from the Véu da Noiva waterfall. An excellent location for hiking and horseback riding, and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Capivari.

A very pleasant and comfortable house, it has a large social area; several rooms with stained glass windows that, in addition to favouring the entry of natural light, offer a beautiful view, including two rooms with fireplaces; a games room; a snooker room; a dry sauna; a veranda with a barbecue and wood-fired oven facing a beautiful swimming pool; 6 suites (with new mattresses and bedding), accommodating up to 14 people.


Note: Hiring one employee is mandatory for accommodation of up to 8 people, and two employees for accommodation of more than 8 people, with separate payment. Cost per employee: R$250.00 per employee per day.
