The room was not clean at all. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear the room was not as clean as it should have been—that's definitely not the standard we aim for. We will be following up with our cleaning team to make sure this is addressed immediately. That said, we are glad to hear you still had a great stay overall. We really appreciate you choosing our place and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience next time.
