We truly appreciate your kind words and are especially happy to hear that we would be your first choice for a future visit. We look forward to welcoming you back to Curaçao! Kind regards, Mart Junior Operations & Onboarding Manager

Dear Tammy, Thank you for the great review and recommendation. We are glad the convenient location, friendly team, and overall experience stood out. We appreciate your suggestions about providing washcloths and adding a toaster oven since there isn’t a full oven on-site—we will review these internally. We look forward to welcoming you back. Kind regards, Mart Customer Success Agent

Dear Laurie, Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the fantastic location, the beautiful views, and the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Staying in the heart of downtown does come with the energy of the area, including music and street life, which many guests love, but we understand it may not be for everyone. We appreciate your feedback about the pillows and will make sure to check and improve this for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you again! Best regards, Mart Customer Success Agent

Dear Dirk, Thank you for your review and for highlighting the excellent location. We appreciate your feedback regarding the breezeway entrance, the need for some maintenance and paint, and the issue with the A/C remote batteries. We will address these concerns promptly to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we hope to welcome you back soon. Sunny regards, Mart Beerling Customer Success Agent

Dear Kelly, Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your time in the heart of Willemstad and appreciated the convenience of being so close to all the sights, shops, restaurants, and cultural experiences. It’s wonderful to know the unit felt clean, bright, and well-equipped—and that the washer/dryer came in handy before your trip home! We truly appreciate your suggestion about adding a bit more surface space in the front bedroom, and we’ll certainly take that into consideration. As for the music on Thursday evening, being in the lively city center does occasionally come with some street life, but we're glad it was short-lived and that the rest of your stay was peaceful and enjoyable. We’re so happy to hear you'd return, and we’d absolutely love to welcome you back for another stay! Best regards, Mart Customer Success Agent
