NOTABLE DETAILS — ENERGY TRANSPARENCY
Electricity at Palm Piscadera is charged separately and is not included in the nightly rate. Usage is metered at the start and end of your stay, billed at $0.50 per kWh and settled after checkout. Most guests spend around $13 - $18 per night. Curaçao's trade winds and the terrace ceiling fan keep the apartment comfortable during the day. Most guests find they only need air conditioning at night, with doors and windows closed, which keeps costs very manageable. We share this upfront because we'd rather you know before you book.

- A $500 security deposit (where applicable) is held on your credit card before arrival and released after check-out if no charges apply.
- For stays of 7 nights or more, we recommend a mid-stay clean. Curaçao’s heat and humidity are part of its charm, but they’re hard on a home: towels and linens lose their freshness quickly, and even small crumbs can draw in the island’s ever-curious ants. A mid-stay clean includes laundering all sheets and towels and a full clean of the home, so it feels like day one again. It’s $200, which simply covers our cost, and we’ll find a time that suits your plans. Additional cleans can be arranged at any point during your stay at the same rate. Just ask.
