The cottage was good and what we expected. The location was perfect. The only thing that was not good was that the washing machine broke down

Good location

The house location is nice, but it wasn't clean, thw washing mashine had clothes on it and there were dirty towels. The laundry machine was dirty, dead and alive cockroaches... the rest was fine.

Good location

It was quite dusty with cobwebs everywhere. For over Xmas with air-conditioning only in the lounge room it was really hot. The water pressure in the shower was really poor, and the beds were really uncomfortable. The lounge was not something you could relax on especially as it is really hard. The house is in a really good location that is the best thing going for it.

I apologize for the cobwebs and dust; sometimes houses remain vacant, which could explain it. I had inspected it recently and did not notice these problems. Great location, not very clean

The house is in a good location at Kings beach. The house had the amenities you need, with a great back yard for pets. However, the house was not very clean, the dishes, glasses and coffee cups were very dirty and we had to wash what we wanted to use first. We also had an issue with many cockroaches, so pest control seemed to be lacking. The bathroom and the floors were also not very clean.
