Peaceful spot

This house is in an excellent location, great place if you have dogs. Unfortunately it’s let down by a few things. Dodgy light switch in downstairs bathroom. We notified the owners and even said we’d fix it (family member is an electrician) no response so we had to put a lamp in there. Television downstairs doesn’t work nor were the PlayStation controller anywhere to be found. Doors don’t shut properly. Upstairs shower doesn’t drain. Pots and pans filthy. For the cost of this place we expect better.

Disappointed

Great location with lovely outlook from rear deck. Unfortunately the house has no insulation, old second hand furnishings, one very bright light in the living area and no lamps. The deck lights don’t work so couldn’t sit outside in the evening, the bbq caught fire due to excessive oil and fat below the grill and windows were filthy. The stairs are external between ground and 1st floor and the lower floor smells strongly of rising damp. There was very limited consumables and given the price and lack of comforts I would not recommend this property.

Great family home close to surf beach

This house was great fun and with 2 levels gave the teen and tween some space, as well as the adults upstairs! PS4 a hit, the beach is so close and coffee shop opens at 7. Very pet friendly, secure and great yard. Highly recommended
