Hosts were very, very nice. Property was clean and convenient to both Jonesborough and Johnson City. Beds were very comfortable! We were thankful for the ramp for my brother-in-law to use to be able to get into the house. We enjoyed being able to see the horses in the field next to the house.
We had a lovely stay at Ma & Pa’s house. It is just as it is pictured -simple, and clean m, conveniently located to downtown Jonesboro. We loved being able to look out in the mornings at the horses just a few feet away from the windows. The owners were great with communicating. They quickly got back to us whenever we had a question or needed something. We would stay here again.
We have to admit, the "neigh"bors were awesome! Loved the location, quiet and peaceful. The house was very very comfortable and we loved the furniture. All in all, a beautiful stay!
The home was neat and clean. We LOVED seeing the horses every day. It felt so cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be staying at this location again.
This was a great location for us. Very peaceful and close to our daughter who lives in Jonesborough. Great communication with the host. We felt right at home with the setting and the horses. We look forward to staying there again!
We chose this location because of the proximity to the animals and it didn't disappoint! There is something very calming about horses, made the stay so enjoyable. Jonesborough was a delight as well, what a quaint little town.
The pictures don’t do this place justice! Very clean and tidy! We had everything we needed for the weekend. The dogs also had a nice big yard to run around in! We enjoyed seeing the horses everyday. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Wow this place was perfect for a race week stay. So peaceful and quiet. Loved the horses, two of them came over to fence along driveway to say hello when we pulled in :). Will stay here again next year. Thanks for sharing this place. I think someone is still present in the home, the worlds greatest grandma picture hit the floor around 4am the one night, lol :D
This home was very clean and very cozy. There were 4 of us that stayed there with 3 BR & 2 baths, which was just right. My family is very appreciative of such a wonderful place and people who own it (Gary & Diane) to be so accommodating and with it so close to our Family in Tennessee to visit anytime.
Thank you!

We are from a large city so spending time in a rural setting was special for us. We loved the fall leaves, the horses and the walks we took along the road. The beds were very comfortable and we had our family over for dinner one night. The front porch was especially relaxing with a view of the hills and pasture. It was a quiet, idyllic six days!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. You're welcome back anytime
The place was clean and as described in the ad. Beds were comfy! Check in was as easy as could be, and the hosts were quick to respond to any communication. The place was a bit cluttered, which gives it a homey feel but also made it a bit cumbersome when we unpacked and had our things intermixed. Downside for us was no wi-fi, but I should have noted this in the ad. Great place to have dogs!!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Property did not look like pictures. Wash rags were stained . Lot s of dust in bathroom areas.
Loved Jonesborough but place needs updated. Afraid to use tables etc so many antiques. Okay at a lower rate , not worth 150 a night

SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY.IF YOU RETURN TO AREA, HOPE YOU FIND A PLACE MORE TO YOUR LIKING. AS TO THE ANTIQUES ON THE TABLES,THERE ARE NONE ON THE TABLES. ALL REMOVED YEARS AGO. I REVIEWED THE PICTURE AND NOTED THERE HAVE BEEN UPDATES SINCE THEY WERE MADE (IMPROVEMENTS SUCH AS FURNITURE ) I WILL REDO PICTURES TO SHOW IMPROVEMENTS. I ALSO NOTED YOU DID NOT STATE YOU HAD A PET WHEN YOU REQUESTED TO STAY AND DID NOT PAY THE PET FEE. AS TO THE DUST I N THE BATHROOMS...??NOT SO. I WILL CHECK THE LAUNDRY.AGAIN HOPE YOU
FIND A PLACE MORE TP YOUR LIKING.
Great location to most nature trails and barn for my horse
My husband and I wanted to see this part of Tennessee. Gary and Diane were a delight. I took my horse. Great service and we were surrounded by horses. The house is a typical country farm house, but we had plenty of room for guests. It's rustic and charming. We loved the deck and convenience to Jonesborough. We would stay again. You feel like your on a ranch in the middle of nowhere, yet all the highways to hiking, fishing, horse trails, and even the store was close. The Old Pancake house and Main Street Cafe had excellent food. Thanks Diane and Gary. Hope to see you soon.

GREAT MEETING YOU TWO!KEEP US POSTED ON YOUR PROPERTY SEARCH!
Ma and Pas place was very comfortable and homey. Quiet and safe at the end of a quiet street and right next to the beautiful horses that loved to visit. We watched them for hours! The internet was perfect for both my wife and I to work on zoom calls for the month we stayed. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and there is plenty of room to spread out. Mr. and Mrs. Miller were extremely helpful and very responsive. We had a situation where the Air conditioner failed, but they made other arrangements for us and worked with the Repair company to fix it right away. The good news is there is a new system that kept the house very comfortable. The town is also very quaint and we enjoyed the Main Street area and several local restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
