Noise Monitoring & Consideration for Neighbours
This apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring device in the living area. The monitor measures sound levels only - it does not record conversations - and helps ensure a comfortable environment for all residents in the building.

We ask that you please be mindful of your noise levels, particularly during the building’s quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour. As this is a shared residential complex, respecting other residents’ peace and privacy is essential.

Raglan is the perfect west-coast base. You’re an easy drive to some of the Waikato’s best-known attractions - Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, Cambridge, Claudelands, FMG Stadium, Seddon Park, and Lake Karāpiro.

If you’re road-tripping, Raglan sits within 1–2 hours of Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Rotorua, Taupō, and Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

When it comes to food and nightlife, the Village has you sorted with local pubs, cafés, great kai, and live music throughout the week.

Guests have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, the tucked-away bed cove, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry facilities, and outdoor spaces. You’ll also have access to free on-site parking with space.
