Better next time.

It was okay what they put on the website was nothing like what we saw. There was no hot water when we need it. There was nothing no utensils, towels, and no washer or dryer they said that there was going to be a window and there was but we couldn’t even see the sunlight. I was hoping for something better but it wasn’t. I hope next time it will be better but they were missing a lot of stuff they said they had. I also wasn’t aware that they were people living upstairs. We were hearing all of there’s noises and music and when they were waking, we were trying to sleep and all you can here are their footsteps at 2 am. Also they said that they had a game room and there was nothing, the stove didn’t work and there were no pots or plates to eat or cook. In all I wish they would have promised they things they put online and not lie about it

Thank you for your comment. The stove was disconnected for safety reasons. The first day you checked in late. By the second day the stove was connected back. I provided you with with pots, a pan, plates, cups and utensils. I even provided you with the password to my private Netflix account. We never advertised that you were getting the entire house. We advertised the entire basement apartment only. The basement rooms have two big windows for sunlight. We provided you with towels when you checked in. The laundry room is upstairs and you never asked to use it. The Gameroom is locked down to prevent the spread of COVID as the game tables and equipment are difficult to disinfect. The owner lives upstairs and so noise from footsteps are expected. I apologize for any misunderstandings and inconveniences.
