When you're not on the water, enjoy a gentle 500m stroll to the beach or unwind on the expansive deck overlooking peaceful bushland.

Positioned in a quiet street in the heart of Agnes Water township, you’ll be an easy walk from the beach, shops, and cafés—yet still enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of a bushland backdrop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality home with privacy. We especially enjoyed coming home one night to see half a dozen kangaroos on our front yard, what a treat!

This property is set out so well for large family’s and friends. The location of this house is so central to everything it had so much room for our 4wds and large boats the pool is also a massive hit. We will be back. Thank you

Great house for groups

3 family’s (6A & 6C) had the best time during our stay. House was exactly as pictured. Kitchen had the basics covered with good appliances. Pool and outside deck area a fav place to hang out. Nice easy walk to the beach and town of Agnes Water. It would be great if all bedroom had AC (2 currently).We were talking about returning next year before we even left!

Beautiful Discovery

14 Discovery Drive was simply a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Our family loved it as it was just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would be brilliant in summer. Very clean property with beautiful garden in the back.
