Absolute beachfront beach house with a whole lot of WOW!

No roads - just house, sand, & sea.

Suitable for family or friends wanting a beautiful space.
Rate is based on a maximum of 8 guests.
6 adult guests in three bedrooms + 2 x children (only) in bunk room *bunk is not suitable for big kids or adults

Bond is required for all bookings.

Two beach houses within 4 acres of beach-front estate incorporating wonderful open spaces, beautiful native gardens, fabulous pool, beach deck on the dunes.

We welcome you to our hidden oasis on Agnes Water beach.
Escape & keep the secret all to yourself.

Enjoy privacy & tranquility.

NOT SUITABLE for dogs

NOT SUITABLE for any more than 6 adult guests (+ 2 children in bunk room )

Shutters is the whole package, and it is a 5 min beach walk into town

Sleep to the sounds of the ocean & wake to the native birds singing their song.

Shutters is for those who want peace, privacy, & quiet nights.

We have whales passing, turtles nesting, Great Barrier Reef, bush walks, national parks, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, surfing, a wonderful headland, unbelievable sunrise, sunsets, fabulous birdlife, wallabies, all right on your doorstep.

It is a private gated estate which has on-site body corporate managers.
We aim to ensure your stay is enjoyable and encourage a peaceful environment for our special guests.
Please make sure that Shutters is suitable for your group.

Shutter's is well and truly a beach-side paradise. The property is absolutely stunning, close to the town of Agnes and wonderfully spacious. The hosts are gracious, welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend staying at Shutter's if you have the opportunity.

Our family had the opportunity to stay at Shutters over Christmas and had a great time. The property is perfectly set up for a relaxed and five star vacation on the beach. The owners were always helpful when needed and we will be staying again.

Just spent a week here for Christmas - had the BEST time! Perfect location, top quality facilities and all the mod cons you could need and more! Definitely recommended if you love the beach, prefer 5 star "executive style" accommodation and good old fashioned hospitality!! Would stay again :)

Fantastic property - Fantastic holiday!!!!!!

We have just spent a week at Shutters and it was exceptional. The house is divine, the yard is divine, the pool in divine and the beach is divine!! We will be back for sure and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and unwind. Treat yourself to a little piece of paradise.

This property was exceptional. Beautiful design, the location is stunning and such as easy walk to town if you can drag yourself from the beach/property. There has been so much thought put into the property to make the stay as perfect as possible. The owners are lovely, and impart some great information about what to do the in local area. I could not fault it. Right on the beach. fantastic saltwater pool.

What a fabulous property. A private oasis just steps from the beach, beautifully appointed and so well presented. Just like a private resort.We only had 3 nights and wish it was much longer. Lots of places to curl up with a book (or a glass of bubbles) it was very relaxing.Kiki could not have been more helpful and we thoroughly recommend this holiday house to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday on the beach.

We stayed at Shutters over Christmas 09 and loved the place. One of the best family holidays we have had in years. Going for a swim in the pool then strolling over the sand dunes to the amazing beach was great. There was plenty of privacy. The kitchen was decked out exceptionally. We would recommend it to all our friends.
