There was plenty of area for our dog to go outside. The place was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the area because my husband is a golfer and the back deck overlooked where he played golf. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed Hot Springs and the shopping.

Back Home Again!!!

After renting this property several times in the past in HSV, we were impressed with the upgrades that were made. We enjoyed the comforts provided by the current owner. The master bedroom mattress was most comfortable , and the kitchen contained everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee supply, especially! Our stay was so great!

The house was great but there were a few things that needed to be fixed. The screen door hinge was broken which made it pretty frustrating anytime you used the door bc the hinge would stick out and keep the door open. We had to manually move it every time we used the front door. I inquired about the grill before coming and when we got there only half the grill worked and we had to manually light it because it wouldn't light on its own. It for sure needs to be replaced. My major concern was that the temperature was regulated on its own. When we got there Monday, the house was pretty hot. It seemed like every time we left and came back, the ac temp had been moved up. I just feel like since I paid to stay there a few days, we should be comfortable with the ac temp while we were there. We did find a dead roach behind one of the small chairs in the living room and it's probably still there because we didn't pick it up. Hot water wasn't very hot but it was manageable for showers. We enjoyed our stay and would for sure rent again but these are just a few suggestions of what could have made our stay even better! The view was beautiful and it was very quiet. The house was a perfect size for us and everything was nicely arranged.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hurt my back packing and loading the car, and then the unpacking. But the home was really nice. Loved the furniture. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers, remembering my golfing days. Loved waking up every morning to the sounds of the birds. Overall, had a great time and will highly recommend this home.

The townhouse was clean and well equipped. Only 2 nights to visit family, within walking distance. Village has so many outdoor areas its a great visit with kids. Quiet area, nice view off the deck. No problems! thx

Nice location

The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. The deck overlooks the golf course with lots of shade. We sat out in the evening for drinks. Owners kept us up to date before the trip. We would definitely rent it again.

Perfect house

This place was so homey and had everything!!! Bathroom soap , shampoo, conditioner ect , Highchair , pack n play , things to cook with ( utensils seasoning pans crockpot) location is in between everything about 15 min away from everything. Beds were super comfortable and house is very updated!! I will say you make want the bathtub drain looked at the stopper doesnt close / plug the water so we just used a washcloth no biggie to us. And the back patio needs a good deep clean / sweep and cleaned lots of spider webs and cushions were rough i did my best to sweep it up so we could sit out there but it didnt help any . May need a good power wash but that the tinest of thing i WOULD HIGHLY recommend this place !! We loved this place and definitely will be booking again ! THANK YOU SO MUCH
