Luxury ski/golf chalet in Blue Mountain Rivergrass

SWIMMING POOL IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE SEASON, BUT HOT TUB REMAINS OPEN!!

Stunning Executive 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with premium features, is an upper level home located next to the Village at Blue Mountain in the beautiful Rivergrass community. Only steps to the Village which features award winning restaurants/bars, shops, golf, ski/snowboard hills, mini-golf, mountain biking, challenging hiking trails, zip lining + more. A short drive from the Greater Toronto Area, Blue Mountain is a wonderful year round playground for of all ages.

The space:
**We do not have a bbq, nor do we permit guests to bring their own**

**Our pool is open only during summer months and hot tub is open year round**

The chalet can accommodate 6 guests in total comfort.
Recently upgraded.
Main level has 2 bedrooms with a king size bedroom and two double beds in the other bedroom. 4 piece bathroom with hair dryer.
The upper level contains the primary retreat with a king size bed, and views of Monterra golf course and Georgian Bay. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Our home features:

• gas fireplace in spacious living/dining room with walk out to private balcony
• flat screen tv with cable just say 'Netflix or Prime' and use your own logins to stream you favourite shows.
-new luxury mattresses.
• Rogers high speed unlimited Ignite Wifi
• fully equipped kitchen with full stove, fridge and dishwasher and microwave, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker with a starter amount of k-cups.
• fully air conditioned
• included in rental are basic toiletries, towels and bed linens.
• resort like swimming pool May through Labour Day Weekend. Year round Hot Tub access.


Renters must be responsible and 25 years of age or older with existing positive reviews.
Guest access:
Please note that the seasonal swimming pool is now CLOSED for the season and the year round hot tub is open for guest use with fob located inside suite.
Other things to note:
Please note that although we supply towels for you for your use inside the suite, in the event you would like to enjoy the pool and hot tub areas, we recommend you bring your own pool towels.

Just a short walk to the amazing Blue Mountain Village that has everything for you to enjoy. Including fabulous, award winning restaurants, shopping and entertaining day and nightlife including live music. We had a wonderful stay. As a family of 6 - having a 3 bedroom and a kitchen is so helpful. The hosts were very easy to reach and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this home way from home.

Winter getaway

Condo is clean and in excellent condition with good quality, updated finishes and furnishings. Kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms are well stocked with all essentials. Owners were quick to respond to all communications. Rivergrass is a perfect location, winter or summer. We would recommend to others.

Perfect stay at Blue Mountain

We were very much looking forward to this vacation and this condo was everything we hoped for. It was very clean with plenty of room and had everything needed for a family vacay, all kitchen needs are taken care of - plenty of utensils, plates, mugs etc. Kuerig machine was great for coffee. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our son. We particularly liked the board games available for family fun time (great for rainy day!) Proximity to village is great - totally walkable. Rudy and Theresia - thanks for making our stay a memorable one!

Bluemountain to kick off 2024!

Everything we needed and expected was available in this VRBO rental for the week! We like to prep and cook our own meals when we go out of town for an extended period of time...and we rent about half a dozen times throughout the year and its always a dissapointment when a kitchen isn't fully stocked with the basic cookware, let alone ones that are in good shape. This one had a very well stocked kitchen with good cookware! The unit was also very clean and welcoming. It was a great place for my wife, my 2 boys and my parents. We were able to walk to the Village as well as the lifts in about 8 to 10 minutes! Would definitely stay here again!

Super Spotless and Spacious Home

Our family of 6 stayed here for a two night ski getaway and we couldn't have asked for a better rental. Rudy and Theresia have thought of everything . It was so clean, well laid out, bright and airy with comfortable beds and the perfect amount of towels ! Would return to this property in a minute !

Why they chose this property

We chose the Blue Mountain area as it is truly a year round playground with so much to do. In the winter you can ski or snowboard, you can opt to snowshoe or enjoy the several skating opportunities. In the summer, fantastic golf is at the doorstep. Our beautiful pool should not be missed. We also love the amazing hiking trails in the area.

Blue Mountain is a fantastic resort area with so much to do! It is a very special recreational area with great entertainment and top gourmet restaurants. All these amazing amenities just a short drive from the GTA.
