Summary:

Puriri beach Pad is an ideal base to enjoy beach life or to explore Mount Maunganui and surrounds. It is one house back from the beach and has a gate directly onto the beach access where it's only a hop, skip and a jump to the stunningly beautiful beach with no need to cross any roads! The deck and BBQ area are the focal point in the summer time. This charming 2-bedroom log-wood bach is pefect for 1-2 couples or a family!



The Space:

This is 1 of 2 dwellings on site with ample distance between the 2 dwellings. This 2 bedroom Mt Maunganui holiday home includes warm and welcoming open plan living, with easy outdoor flow onto the deck and garden. The large lawn area gives the kids and family dog space to play. Stay cozy indoors or chill on the deck with your friends and soak up the sun!



The spacious deck area is just the spot for lazy summer afternoons, or hit the beach a short stroll from your door. The golf course is only a stones throw for those who enjoy a day on the green, or head to the hot pools and Mauao for one of NZ's best known walks.



Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed and a sliding door opening on to the deck area, while bedroom 2 has two single beds. The spacious living area offers ample space for everyone on rainy days to cozy up with a book, watch some TV or to have fun with board games.

No full oven on site, however there is a 2 burner hob and benchtop oven and microwave oven.

Please not that this property does not have Wifi.

A new house is currently being constructed on the neighbouring section. There is potential for noise during week days.

COMMERCIAL LINEN SERVICE & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee.

Two Well behaved dogs over 1 year old are welcome, but please note that the section is not fenced.

As the property has un-fenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. There is a $30 pet fee for up to 2 dogs per stay

Ideal place to stay

Was great for a weekend watching beach volleyball. Close to shops, great access to the beach and an easy drive in to the main beach. Perfect size house for a couple and a teenage boy.

We stayed here for a couple of nights with our 2x kids. Perfect little bach. So handy to the beach, had everything we needed, clean, tidy. The bonus was being able to bring our dog. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A fabulous location and bach for our mini break. Appreciated the gas hot water after some chilly swims and the property was probably the nicest pet-friendly accomodation I’ve ever stayed in. Bedding was great, bach was clean and tidy. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely spot by the Sea

The property is exactly as advertised and provides a nice clean place to holiday with easy access to a world class beach. The property manager met us on arrival resulting in no stress access.

My family and golden retriever had the best few nights in this gorgeous spot! Location was perfect, house was beautifully clean with everything you need. Great shower and comfy beds. Communication from host was excellent. We will be back!

Awesome location with views of the sea, only one house back from beach front. Nice and clean and tidy. On a cold night though the heating wasnt adequate.

Good short stay

Does what it says on the tin - basic beach bach, great for bringing the dog along. Stones throw from the beach - great for early morning and evening walks. Beds were comfortable. There is no dining room table but eating outside on BBQ table (if weather is fine) would do the trick. The lounge could be set up a little better for more chilled vibes. No wifi or netflix. As said, basic beach bach that does the trick. Thank you.
