Would love to stay again. Perfect location, near all the fun places, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Sitting in the sun on the patio, or watching the stars from the hottub, this is a great place to stay. The host was responsive and checked to make sure everything was perfect!

Everything was fantastic! The suite had everything we needed and more and Rob was super helpful with and questions or concerns. We loved the hot tub and the sauna as well as the great views! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again if we found ourselves in Kelowna!

This suite is a bright and well lit spacious basement conversion, with a large bedroom and really nice views of a big backyard. We really enjoyed both the hot tub and the sauna, as well as the very helpful host, who even left us some fresh milk in the fridge and coffee to make our mornings smoother.

Just the best. Hot tub was so great on chilly evening and cleanest one we have seen at BNB anywheres. Rob is fantastic host, quick response for everything. Definitely our first choice when we come to Kelowna.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rob was an exceptional host. The suite was private and comfortable but Rob was around if needed. Thankfully he greeted us when we arrived as I was having internet connection issues and didn't have the code for the door. We were greeted with fresh flowers from the garden and a bowl of delicious fresh fruit. We would definitely stay here again.

Rob was such an amazing host! The hot tub was so relaxing after long days on the slopes or even walking around the mall. The king size bed was so comfy and there was little to no upstairs noise! I 10/10 recommend staying here.

Very comfortable space! We loved the sauna and hot tub and also the gas fireplace was lovely! Just what we needed for some quiet time away from kids :)Rob was very nice and available if needed but the space was very private.

This property is centrally located in Kelowna, in a lovely neighbourhood with great access to many amenities. It's well appointed with great extras like a sauna and hot tub. I was especially grateful that my host Rob provided so many basics in the kitchen, like spices, tea and coffee, sugar, bbq sauce, etc., which was truly helpful for my short stay. Expectations for my rental were very clear and Rob was an excellent communicator when it came to informing me or answering questions. I had a delightful stay and it was good value for the money.

Rob's place exceeded expectations in every way. Listing was very accurate with pictures, the place was spotless, hot tub was crystal clear, and the location was great for getting to downtown in 5 minutes. Our first trip to Kelowna, and our next one will be staying at Rob's place again.

Cozy Kelowna Get Away
