Great location, beautiful views

We stayed here as a family of 5 for two weeks. The location is excellent, a 10 min walk down to the main beach or a 2 mins walk/step climb to a secluded rocky cove. It's well situated for exploring the nearby villages. The outside of the house is a lovely space with sun lounging areas by the pool and the table in the shade for eating. The sunset views from the upstairs balcony were amazing - as were the views from the upstairs bathroom

Gite confortable avec piscine, jacuzzi et près de la plage

Yves , le propriétaire très avenant, s'est adapté à notre horaire d'arrivée. Le gite est lumineux, bien équipé pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans. Le site est magnifique. Le point d'orgue a été le flipper qui a hypnotisé toute la famille.

Vacances Lumio 2023

Accueil très chaleureux par notre hôte, Yves. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle région et dans une maison spacieuse, agencée avec goût - avec piscine, un jeu flipper et une vue sur mer imprenable. Parfait pour apprécier les beaux couchers de soleil. Accès très proche à l’Ile Rousse, aux petits villages dans les montagnes, aux belles plages de sable blanc et aux petites criques. Très belle expérience de plongée également. Location et environnement à recommander sans hésitation.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Das gesamte Anwesen war für uns (2 Familien, 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 2 Hunde) optimal. Die Zimmeraufteilung hat gut gepasst, die Tatsache, dass der Pool extra umrandet ist, war für uns Gold wert. Der Pool und der Whirlpool haben uns allen ein Gefühl des Luxus vermittelt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus hat zwar seine Gebrauchsspuren, diese haben uns aber letztendlich nicht groß gestört. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch die große gut ausgestattet Küche, mit einer eigenen Eiswürfelmaschine im Kühlschrank. Der Flipper im Wohnzimmer hat das Gesamtbild abgerundet. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf der Vermieter. Dieser war sehr bemüht! Leider konnten wir mangels ausreichender Französischkenntnisse unsererseits nur via Mail gut kommunizieren. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung.

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison qui correspond en tous points au descriptif. La maison est grande, très bien située (on peut se rendre à pied aux plages, à la marina, aux commerces), qui possède une vue magnifique sur la mer et le coucher du soleil ! La piscine est également très agréable. Nous avons surtout fait une belle rencontre : un grand merci à Yves pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils ! A bientôt peut-être !

Familienurlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) waren zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, hat alles gut geklappt. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig und ein Sandstrand in Gehdistanz. Wir können das Haus empfehlen, gerade wenn man mit 2 Familien anreist. Man kann sich gut zurückziehen.

Endroit magnifique et apaisant proche de tout ce qu’il faut !

Un mot en particulier pour le maître des lieux: Un énorme merci pour ce bel accueil que nous avons énormément apprécié. Belle maison dans un très bel endroit où on y dort très bien. Nous espérons seulement y revenir très vite avec une bonne bouteille de Côtes du Rhône. Encore un grand Merci !

Séjour San Ambroggio

Séjour exceptionnel dans la Maison de Mr Didier. Réception et procédure d' accueil très chaleureuse et je dois dire que l 'on aimerait toujours être reçu de la sorte. Un hôte à notre disposition, une maison d' une propreté impeccable, Spa à disposition , Piscine super propre, un flipper superbe pour les jeunes et moins jeunes! Génial . A recommander aux amis et famille. Il y a de la place et tout ce qu' il faut dans la maison et surtout on est en paix pour ceux qui recherchent le calme à proximité de la mer. C' est l' endroit parfait avec un Wifi qui marchent superbement bien. tout le monde est comblé. On reviendra . Encore Merci Yves !

Top Lage, schönes Haus. Wir (2 Familien) waren für 3 Wochen in dem Haus. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten 3 sehr schöne Wochen ! Merci Didier

Gutes Haus in bester Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen und sind mit der Lage und der Aufteilung der Räume sehr zufrieden. Auch der Besitzer war ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Einen Abzug gibt es, da offensichtlich über die Jahre wirklich deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen sichtbar sind (defekte Gartenliegen, Hängematte defekt, offene Löcher im Bad, schwergängige Türen, ...). Insgesamt aber Note „gut“.

Tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf Meer und Berge

Wir haben unseren Urlaub zu zweit in diesem Haus verbracht und haben allen Komfort (Jacuzzi, Pool, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Meerblick) sehr genossen. Die Küche ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet und auch die Plancha auf der Terrasse hat gute Dienste geleistet. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 5 km gut erreichbar. Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen....wir kommen vielleicht wieder :-)

maison au top !!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison au top ! Nous sommes partis à deux couples avec 4 enfants de 1 à 11 ans. Pendant que les grands faisaient les fous dans la piscine le bébé pouvait dormir au calme, dans une chambre fraîche !! Le petit dèj, le déjeuner et le diner se fessait à l’ombre sur la superbe table de jardin avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le soir l’apéro, sur le salon de jardin, très confortable. La salle de bain de l’étage est immense avec une vue panoramique sur la mer. La maison est à 200m d’une petite crique, qui est difficile d’accès pour les petits, mais un vrai coin de paradis, il n’y avait jamais personne. Sinon la région est juste magnifique, et le propriétaire de bon conseil, pour les visites de la région. Le propriétaire se rend très disponible pour le moindre souci que l’on peut rencontrer. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous y retournerons l’année prochaine. Catherine D

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison très bien située. La piscine est très agréable, le spa un plus non négligeable, et la crique tranquille à 3 min à pied un vrai régal. Le port et ses commerces sont accessibles à pied, ainsi que la plage de Sant' Ambroggio avec des enfants suffisamment grand (8ans en ce qui nous concerne pour le plus petit). La maison est très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Le quartier très calme. Un seul petit regret, la végétation des voisins qui dissimule un peu trop la mer de la terrasse du rez de chaussée. Mais cela ne nous empêche pas d'envisager très sérieusement d'y retourner. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif au moindre petit soucis mais également très discret. Allez y sans hésiter

Maison très agréable

Une très jolie maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle (electroménager complet et de qualité), idéale pour des vacances en famille. Piscine sécurisée et spa addictif ! Emplacement de choix : pas loin de la marina de sant Ambroggio, au calme, superbe vue sur le coucher de soleil, et sur le feu d'artifice d'Algajola depuis la terrasse du haut. Plage de Spano à quelques minutes, pizzas du restaurant de la Marina (1000 sabords) excellentes. Possibilité de faire quelques courses d'appoint tout près (un petit Vival à deux pas qui rend bien service) Propriétaire très sympa, accueillant, disponible, une véritable mine de bons plans dans la région (restos, ballades etc)
