This lovely beachside apartment is conveniently located an easy walk away from Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach, Happy Valley Park and the main street of Caloundra.
Featuring 2 bedrooms and located on the 3rd floor (via stairs only), it offers open plan living with double glass doors opening out to beautiful ocean views over Bribie Island, Pumicestone Passage and Shipping lanes providing a 'one room feel'.
The apartment decor offers a beachy feel with washed timber furniture throughout. The Sandy Cove complex has a pool plus the bonus of your own private rooftop with spectacular views! The rooftop is furnished and also has a clothesline.
The large balcony off of the living area and a 2nd balcony off the main bedroom ensure refreshing sea breezes throughout the unit but there is also the choice of air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
Your family of 5 is comfortably accommodated in a Queen bed, 2 singles and trundle, there are 2 x TVs, dishwasher, self-contained kitchen with full cooking facilities, an air-fryer and a Vittoria coffee pod machine. There is also a BBQ supplied for you own personal use. There is a washer and dryer, as well as the convenience of a cot and a highchair.
Leave the car in the single lock up garage and enjoy the scenic walk along the Coastal walkway that stretches right around Caloundra. (Garage will fit a smaller 4WD (not a Patrol or Discovery for eg).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Stayed 4 nights, enjoyed the proximity to beach, shops and headland walking trail. The rooftop area was a bonus and fantastic to sit and enjoy the fantastic view towards Bribie Island.
The view was awesome and unit is close to beach, shops and walking track. The unit was a great size and the access to the rooftop was great for washing and watching the ships go by.
A lovely little two bedroom apartment in a fantastic location. A very quiet building and a short walk to everything. Be aware it is on the top floor and there is no lift, so quite a few stairs to climb. No wifi and you have to bring your own linen, but a great price and ultimately good value for money. We would happily stay here again.
Was an awesome 4 days away with my wife, beautiful views of the ocean and close to everything .the only down side was the exercise 🤣🤣🤣 with the stairs.

Great central location
The property is located centrally allowing walking access to Kings Beach and Bulcock St/Beach. Located on the forth floor, there is no lift access so those with mobility issue might struggle with the stairs. The apartment is well appointed and spacious with the rooftop balcony a great extra space. The apartment does not have Wi-fi as advertised however arrangements were made for a refund for personal data usage. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to visitors to Caloundra.
Good location and lovely decks. Did find the Master bed uncomfortable and being top floor the heat in the bedrooms was extreme on hot nights even with the fan on and screens open. Really needs air con as the living room air con is too far away. Be aware it is 3 flights of stairs. Also microwave appeared to be faulty top buttons do not work,
Loved the location and the unit has been freshened up nicely, but the downfall with this unit is there is no air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and it is very very hot to sleep in, even with ceiling fans. The aircon in the living space, does not filter into the bedrooms. The mattresses need upgrading as you can feel the springs so uncomfortable to sleep on. Couch could do with an upgrading as well, to something more comfortable. If those things were upgraded then I certainly would be back.
