Huge wrap around beachfront balcony with 8 seat balcony dining table sets this sub penthouse apart from the majority of other apartments in the building. Full unobstructed beach views front living room, kitchen and main bedroom. Free high speed internet, and in an iconic building with two heated swimming pools, spa, sauna, and tennis court, and only steps from the restaurants and vibe of Surfers. The property has two underground secure carparking spaces.
