Our records have indicated the cleaning service preceding your particular stay met the quality standards. Absolutely loved our time here. Very clean and well appointed. Such breathtaking views. Even saw whales breaching from the balcony! What a treat. Just a fabulous location, so happy that we stayed here.

The 3bdr apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and the owners thoughtful touches like washing powder, dishwashing tablets and haircare products in the showers were a welcomed addition.
We loved our stay and will definitely return.
Great place for group of guys to stay for a weekend away. Everything went smooth upon arrival and the place was even better than the photos. 10/10 for me. Thanks again for having us.

The Tram is on your doorstep even though you are on the 34th floor so to speak, you can simply hop.on and off to all the favourite spots in Surfers. Will stay here again. Loved the assistance with checking in. And superb day-night views from wrap around glass. Huge couch so popular for chats and table for board games. Outdoor activities: pools, hot tubs, gym, water slides, drinks bar and breakfast pavilion big hits. Tram and also beach, convenience store and liquor shop all just out the gate. Multiple activities every day. Unit had everything that was needed and was easy to tidy up and check out. Lovely people . Very restful all round.

The owner was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was not up to standard for cleanliness which was a concern when you have young children and vulnerable adults

As one of the top ranked properties on the Gold Coast, in accordance with government health and safety guidelines, we have implemented additional sterilization protocols to ensure the safety of our guests, especially the young and vulnerable.
Regarding your specific stay, our records indicated that both our property manager and cleaning manager attended to the property within 20 minutes of you contacting us about ‘sticky floors’, and left only after the extensive re-cleaning was to your satisfaction.
Our records also indicated, at checking-in, you requested for free breakfast vouchers but please understand that as private guests you will not be offered free breakfast in the resort as Mantra guests. I sincerely hope this was not the reason for your comments.
Nevertheless, we are grateful to you for bringing this to our attention as it allows us to continuously improve and deliver outstanding services to our returning and future guests.

Nice place, great location close to light rail, big & spacious with amazing views but could do with a clean. Many of the walls had some kind of sticky dried liquid on them, the kitchen blinds were filthy, as was the oven splashback. The blinds in one bedroom & the loungeroom were broken, as was the dining table. A thorough clean & quick run over by a maintenance man & this property would be absolutely perfect, especially for families.

Beautiful apartment/condo. It was clean and the check in process was easy. However, you are definitely know has a short term renter with all the long term renters in the building. Not sure they like short term renters there. The biggest and really only complaint is we rented this place because it was very close to the beach. You would think they would have beach toys, chairs, or at least extra or beach towels. Nope! We had to go spend over $200 just to get the bare essentials. There was only 1 bath towel for each person and that seemed a bit on the cheap side of things.
We cannot stress enough the views were amazing!
