Located directly in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Oceans One Resort is close to all the downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. And at dusk, the Skywheel begins its light show. With over 1 million LED lights, the display can be seen up and down the boardwalk. Also, within steps is the 2nd Ave Pier, Restaurant and open air bar, where you can try your hand at pier fishing or just enjoy the beautiful sights. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a spacious 1038 sq ft directly on the oceanfront on 2nd floor of the resort. Enjoy beautiful East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your large oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 6 people with a king in the large master suite with balcony access, and another king in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped luxury linens, lots of closet space and flat panel tvs. The master bath has a large jetted tub/shower combination, 2nd bath has a tub/shower combination. Plenty of space for everyone to clean up when coming in from a full day at the beach. The large kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. You will also have your own private washer/dryer in the condo so that you can keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for use.

The resort is full of fun amenities to make your vacation a memorable one. Enjoy the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the large oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. The kids will love the kiddie splash station that has an umbrella waterfall, and a sunken ship. After a fun evening out, relax in one of the resort's whirlpools while having an evening cocktail. If you want to keep up with your fitness routine or have to check in with work while on vacation, there is an onsite workout gym and free wifi throughout the resort. The resort also has an onsite lounge for adult fun.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed. The condo was clean when we arrived. If we had questions or concerns the host was right on stop of it. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. The condo was a short walking distance to the boardwalk. The amenities at the resort were very nice. The pool was heated both the outside and inside pool. The lazy river was heated as well (it was small but very relaxing). We would stay here again. It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we loved it......Texas 2025

This place was wonderful! Two oceanfront balconies (not attached)(beautiful 2nd flood view)...one in living room and one in bedroom. Comfy beds. Plenty of pools, spash pad, heated lazy river. Bedrooms are not close to each other (one as you walk in and one near living room, so lots of privacy). Kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. Great location in the heart of M. Beach. We had an extreme family emergency and host was gracious to let us switch dates. I will definitely be back!

Off-Season Golf & Beach Stay

Loved this place & location! Came down with our college senior for a Father-Son golf trip and had a blast. Close to top rated golf courses, weather was pleasant for March, beach was beautiful, and the hot spa in the evenings was perfect. Our host was on top of everything and provided ample instructions to make our stay wonderful. Loved having two king bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Place is clean, modern and close to everything you would want in Myrtle Beach. Thanks, Janet!

Great Mini Vacation Spor

We were in town for a mini vacation while enjoying the Singing in the sun event at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The property was very accomadating and the location was great. Our hostess was very responsive and cared about our comfort. I would definitely book with her again.

We had a great time. The unit was clean and nice and the manager did a great job communicating. The tower itself needed help the elevators, floors and windows was dirty but it did have a indoor pool, a outdoor pool and a small lazy river and it’s located right on the beach.

Clean Condo on the Beach!

The Condo was clean and the beach was very easy to access from the condo. There were restaurants in walking distance and some shopping. Take you own beach towels, they are not provided. The Pool area was unkept and as were the common areas of the building - not terrible but it needed attention. Overall it was a good option for the area.

We even had an electrical issue due to bad storm and it was fixed right after contacting Janet. Would go back to this property. Loved everything about it. Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this property for our summer vacation. The condo was super clean and spacious. There were 3 adults and 4 kids with us and we had plenty of space. The property is close to a lot of different activities for the kids which we loved! The beach is pretty crowded most days but that’s typical for the area. Despite how busy the beach was and us being on the 2nd floor, it was surprisingly quiet in the condo which was very nice as we had our son who is only 2 with us. Check in and check out was super easy and Janet was very informative and responsive to my questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! :)

Quick post college graduation trip with my adult daughter.

The property was clean, linen ready, had basic starter supplies, and was roomy compared to many other condos. The views from the second floor were beautiful. An added bonus for us is the bedrooms were located on opposite ends of the condo, since we brought our adult daughter. The kitchen has the basics, which was fine for our group. We only ate easy breakfast and lunches there, so if your a fancy cook bring your own supplies. The owner made sure she checked in with our small group via text upon arrival to make sure we didn't need anything. She also sent a short list of popular restaurants. The location was fantastic, a quick walk to the pier for our daily fishing excursions, or a quick drive to anywhere else we decided to go.

Great Condo

I have stayed at this resort 2 times before. This was probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in so far. Janet was very easy to get a hold of and always texted right back. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The "starter" supplies were very helpful. We decided last minutes to make a quick trip to the beach and was happy this condo was available. I wish I knew ahead of time that the pool was closed for renovations. But it wasn't really a problem. We will definitely return to Myrtle Beach and seek out Janet's properties to rent.

Great location. Good condo!

We enjoyed our 4 day getaway in this condo. It had adequate space and amenities. Convenient location to where we needed to be in MB. This is a second floor unit which worried us that there would be noisy...during the day you did hear some pool noise but it wasn’t annoying, especially if the doors are closed. All appliances worked fine and the AC worked like a dream. The unit did appear to be recently painted which is a nice surprise from other dirtier looking places we have stayed in the past. The unit was supposed to be supplied with startup items for the kitchen however there was no dish soap; Probably just an accidental oversight. I do recommend bringing trash bags and extra paper towels/Toilet tissue. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful space

Stayed in Myrtle Beach for Spring Break. The weather was perfect and the beach was not crowded at all. There are places to eat within walking distance. The parking situation is confusing at first as it is across the street from the building. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean and has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes for preparing meals. Only has salt and pepper so bring your own spices if you plan on cooking. Bring some coffee filters, if you plan to make coffee. The unit sits above the pool area plus there was construction so there was a lot of noise all the time. Overall, we had a wonderful time and had absolutely no issues with the unit. I think it would have been perfect if the we were at a higher level.

Nice Location

The condo was exactly as you see in the pictures. It was very clean and meet all of our needs during our stay, and you are able to watch the sunrise from the balcony each morning. Check in was very easy and they have luggage carts for you to use to take your things upstairs. The doors to get to the elevator use a code to keep non tenets and renters out. The condo also has a code instead of keys. This is nice because you don't have to worry about any keys that may stop working. The condo is located on the second floor, so you are close to the lazy river and the pool area. All of the pools were heated, along with the lazy river. The condo is located just steps away from the start of the boardwalk, and the 2nd Avenue Pier. We spent a day on the pier fishing and caught several different types of fish, we also saw 2 sharks that were enjoying any fish parts that were being tossed over or being fish reeled in. One main reason we booked this condo was that both bedrooms have KING size beds. They both had comfortable mattresses and each night's sleep was very pleasant. We would defiantly stay here again. As we stated above, you need a code to get into the doors to the elevators and you have a code for your condo, but the gates you use in the pool area that led to the beach do not have a code and are unlocked at all times. Once in the pool area, you have access to the elevators and to any floor in the building. Hopefully the building owner will correct this in the future.

The view was amazing. The condo was exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed having two separate balconies. It was close enough to the pier for an easy walk and a nice long , but very doable walk on to the Boardwalk. The condo was roomy, clean and comfy, decor was very cute and beachy, kitchen was well stocked with cookware etc. We would definitely stay here again.

I fell in love with this condo with first sight. Not only because it's master bedroom has a glass door walking out to a direct ocean front balcony, but also it's on the second floor. It is so fun to watch kid playing in pools or people on the beach.
