We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, cute, and exceeded my expectations—especially the kitchen. This is the first condo I’ve stayed in that had thoughtful extras like a pizza cutter, tongs, and even an electric grill. I usually have to pack those myself, so it was such a nice surprise! They also had beach toys and one working beach chair, which my kids really enjoyed. We rinsed everything off before we left, put it all back where we found it, and left a couple of extra beach toys for the next family to enjoy. The only thing I’d suggest adding is a rubber pot holder, since it’s easy to clean and would be helpful in the kitchen.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a great stay and that the condo exceeded your expectations. We're especially happy to hear you enjoyed the thoughtful extras in the kitchen and that the beach toys and chair were a hit with your kids. We also truly appreciate you rinsing everything off, putting everything back in its place, and even leaving a few extra beach toys for the next family—that was incredibly thoughtful! Thank you as well for the suggestion about adding a rubber pot holder. We'll be happy to pass that along to the homeowner for consideration. We truly appreciate your kind words and are delighted to hear you would stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another wonderful beach vacation!

Cozy condo

Great for a girl's trip to the beach. The check in process was confusing but a call to the rental company helped. Cute condo with more than enough room for us. Great location. .

Great location and very tidy

No its not the Ritz Carlton. But it was clean and convenient to everything at a very fair price. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was worth every penny. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The property is in a great and convenient area! Private walk to the beach. No bugs or anything however they don’t have a cleaning service and there was sand everywhere and our feet were black from walking on the floors. We had to buy mops pads and clean it ourselves before enjoying our vacation

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the property convenient. However, we are sorry to learn that you encountered issues with cleanliness. It’s unacceptable that you had to clean the floors yourself, especially when starting your vacation. We’ll address this with our team to ensure that proper cleaning services are in place and that future guests do not face similar issues. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to provide a more enjoyable experience for you in the future. If there’s anything else we can do to make it right, please let us know.

Pleasant

This was a vacation for my family before my daughter leaves for college. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. The check in process was long and confusing and the washer/dryer in the unit did not work properly. I feel like the unti could have been cleaner but it was OK.

Gem!

My daughter and I stayed 4/11-4/16 and this was absolutely one of the best rentals I’ve ever chosen on Vrbo! We flew into MB for a visit with my son as he goes to school there. Location was perfect! That view not only looking over to the pool but the beautiful beach! Condo was exactly as described in the listing! Comfortable beds too! The Keurig was a VERY nice surprise! So many have the standard Mr Coffee, which to me is a real hassle when on vacation. The 2 beach chairs were also huge as we flew to MB. I’m planning a trip back in August and once I have the exact dates I will be booking this Beautiful Beach Gem again! Thank you for making our trip and stay that much better! 🏖️

Sooo disappointed!!!

We have stayed at this complex for over 10 years at a couple different condos, but not at 313 B, we chose it for the view. We received a text at 1:30 stating our room was cleaned early and could go ahead and check in. When we arrived in the condo and looking around it was very obvious it wasn’t cleaned very well, sand all in the floor, appliances in the kitchen were very dirty, bathrooms were not clean, we immediately returned to the office and told them the issue, we were asked to take pictures which I did and the lady in the office said she would go and inspect while we went grocery shopping and ate dinner, we returned around 7:00, nothing had been cleaned and then around 8:00 some man claiming to be housekeeping knocked and said he was there to clean. We were not happy at all with how they handled this, I have submitted pictures and have requested our cleaning fee be refunded and still waiting to hear from someone.

Could be better

First, the after booking and check-in process are awful. Never had I ever had to manually call to make a second payment. Like.. just take it out??? This made no sense to me. Then the check-in process: “please do not enter [property rental] before receiving this text” well I never received this text. Had to call an hour later and they said they were “cleaning.” When finally able to enter property, I found the floor had not been swept and there were remains of sand all over the floor. Had to wear shoes all the time. The stand up shower was tiny and it was not cleaned as water stains were clearly visible. The entire apartment is in need of serious dusting from tv stands to artwork on walls. And the worst part, the first time cooking a simple meal, I found DIRTY plates stacked between the clean ones. Not sure what they cleaned. Also, no elevator. At the beach. Where everyone carries umbrellas, coolers, and beach chairs. Not the best experience.

Response from VrboOwner on 3 Sept 2024
Thank you for the feedback, we can not just take a payment without your permission, that is considered fraud. We apologize the unit was not cleaned properly we hope you called in to report these issues with the unit. We are sorry you didn't have a good experience with us we hope you come back to visit us again.
