Perfect Location

The location of the property to our activities could not be better! The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby. Tim (host) communicated wonderfully. The property is an older home but well appointed and clean. Will definitely book again!

Thanks so much for your help! When the water heater broke over the holiday weekend, the owners quickly found us a new place for the rest of our stay. They responded to all questions quickly.

Not as advertised

Not as advertised. The property was in a dangerous looking neighborhood to me and the house itself did not look safe from the outside. I did not stay at this property and lost my entire payment. Before anyone stays at this property they should demand to see pictures of the house itself in the immediate neighborhood. The pictures of the so-called outside or not anywhere to be seen from this property. I was completely misled and after numerous calls to VRBO and the property manager I was not refunded any money. Therefore I will never work with VRBO again. I’m very dissatisfied.

Weekend away

This was a great escape from the daily grind. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to an excellent BBQ place. We would try and get this one if we're going to Memphis in the future.

Perfect for my needs

I needed a shortish term rental and didn’t want to be stuck in a hotel. The space was perfect for me and would probably work well for a couple. There was a nice sitting area to relax after work. I didn’t cook much but the kitchen can accommodate medium size meal prep. The full size washer and dryer were very handy. Nice, comfortable bed.
