Perfect place!!!

We stayed here for a week. With another family. The house is beautiful and is in a perfect location. It is stocked with everything you need. Easy access to slopes from Arrowhead lift. It was an amazing place and we would definitely rent this property again. Loved it.

Best experience gorgeous house

This is my favorite ski house we’ve stayed in. It’s close enough to walk to the ski lift for the more *active* guests but the shuttle is super accessible and easy to use as well. Everything about this house was perfect. Kids enjoyed playing in the yard. The hottub was large and could fit several adults. Entertaining space was great. You can tell that they didn’t cut any corners with costs and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

Good for Large Groups

This home is good for large groups since it has numerous rooms with a variety of bedding. The hot tub on the deck is a definite plus, as is the Arrowhead shuttle. Being provided the garage code is a plus to enter through the garage with ski gear. The home is getting a bit worn with a few minor appliance issues. Be aware that if you plan on using the shower in the basement bath, that the supply pipes tends to freeze when the outdoor temp is below the mid-20s F. The heater in that bathroom is ineffective in solving the issue.

Amazing!

Make sure to visit the house first and take inventory of everything that is there before you buy anything. We ended up buying things that were already there! Also, they have pack-and-plays, games, shampoo, soap, paper towels, tissues - basically almost everything you need for your stay. If you have questions, definitely reach out, but it's probably already there for you! It was a beautiful house and we had a wonderful time with our family there.

Beaver Creek Ski Vacation

Our group of 3 families (14 total) had a great stay here. The place was roomy with great views and modern amenities. The shuttle service for this Arrowhead neighborhood was a great benefit, picking us up and dropping off at our driveway. Hot tub was in good shape as well after it was repaired promptly after we got there. Would stay here again if skiing at Beaver Creek.

Great location, amazing house, private shuttle to ski lift, modern TV/wifi, great hot tub

Our group had an amazing stay at this property. The house is gorgeous, the amenities are modern, the private hot tub is fantastic, the private ski shuttle to and from the arrowhead ski lift is incredible, there are plenty of towels/sheets/kitchenware, and the house location around Beaver Creek is awesome. Would highly recommend

Poor housekeeping

Our refrigerator and freezer were stocked full from previous tenants, including a deli sandwich that was 6 months old. Wet towels and linens as well. Hot tub, despite a servicing never functioned properly

We were so disappointed when this guest reported these issues to us. We responded immediately and worked with the housekeeping team to figure out what happened and how to make things right. The housekeeping team had some major issues with the guest that had departed previously, and essentially had to perform a deep clean prior to this guest's arrival; this is a very large home and a deep clean takes the better part of two days. The team did their best but clearly missed a couple of things, which they quickly addressed the following day. Even so, we offered this guest a very fair amount of compensation, which they agreed was appropriate and felt the issue was resolved. It is easy to see, by reading through other reviews, that this sort of situation is incredibly rare for our team and most other guests have reported nothing but great experiences.

Arrowhead ski visit

Sylvia the property manager was very responsive to our questions and requests. Arrowhead lift was not operating which made getting on piste a challenge. People on the shuttles were not all respectful of masking requirements, but that’s where we are these days.

Ski resorts open their lifts and trails based on snow levels, which weren't very adequate during this guest's stay. The snow varies from season to season, but thankfully Beaver Creek does offer a great shuttle service, which still ensures easy access to the slopes.
