Enjoy our quiet, private, spacious 4500 sq ft single family home away from the crowds. Quite gated community with easy access to Beaver Creek and Arrowhead ski areas, and only 20 minutes to Vail.

Sleep better 1000 feet below the ski villages. Park 10 feet from your front door and bring groceries and luggage in without huffing up stairs!

Relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the stars. Enjoy dining in, playing pool, shuffle board, or board games with your group. Great decks with infrared heaters and a fire pit.

Enjoy the breathtaking views and wide open spaces.

You'll never again settle for a noisy, crowded condo on the mountain!!

Large SUV (seats 7) available for local use.

This is our home away from home 4 months a year. It has a great floor plan for group gatherings. Garage, kitchen, hearth room, dining room, great room, office and master on first level. Second master and 3 other bedrooms and large game room on lower level. All bedrooms have king beds except the bunk room which has two sets of bunks each with regular size mattress on the bottom and twin on top. All rooms have views and direct access to covered porches. Each bedroom is decorated to a theme. You'll know when you drive up that this is not really a rental unit! All bathrooms recently updated.

We loved this house. It was perfect for our annual family ski trip. We enjoyed playing pool and shuffle board together, gathering around the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. It’s located in a beautiful gated community called Cordillera in Edwards and just a short drive to Beaver Creek, especially if you ski out of Arrowhead. The house is very clean and spacious with beautiful views. It has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our family. It provided adequate living spaces for all. John, our host, was very communicative and was available and very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. The house had everything we needed to make for a fun ski trip for our family.

well equipped

very family friendly accomodations that included availability of cribs, high chairs , etc for kids and infants. It was also great to have an extra car available for use. The location was perfect, just minutes to downtown edwards for rental shops and food/liquor, and close to beaver creek and vail resorts/ski slopes.

Great home for families visiting the BC or Vail ski areas

We had an excellent time at this Cordillera Valley home. John was very responsive and our ski week was a huge success. We had some minor issues with a fireplace not turning on and a pilot light going out, but Eddie, the maintenance man was there within 15 minutes to get it taken care of. The loaner car for local driving was a huge benefit for us and I'd recommend this home to families seeking a cozy home near Vail or Beaver Creek.

Family/Friend Trip to Beaver Creek

After a bit of a bumpy start (the property manager listed on VBRO is no longer the manager for this property and so we were never contacted about check in instructions), the stay was very nice. This is very much a well loved house that has helped make lots of great memories over the years. This is not a professionally run rental house. Keep that in mind, and it’s perfect for families and friends vacation. The size of the house was great, rooms were perfect for our needs, hot tub was hot, and the location was out of the way of all the traffic. All in all a great trip.

Perfect !!

We are a large family from California to florida that likes to meet somewhere for vacation together. We are of all ages. This house was absolutely perfect. It checked all the boxes for us. Creek in the back yard , hot tub , fireplaces. Plenty of sleeping space, Game room if you want to cook, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We haven’t even left yet and we were planning on coming back!! The whole group is 100% in !! Thank you for opening up your families home to allow our family to come together

Beaver Creek/Vail Ski Trip

Very spacious house - perfect for a two family ski trip. Property management was excellent and very responsive, including the driveway being plowed early morning. Great stay!

ALWAYS the best!

We’ve been guests at this home for many years and have always had THE. best. time. We’ve made wonderful family memories, and enjoyed this beautiful well appointed and oh so comfy home! Our family has grown over these years and yet there is still room, privacy, and special space for all of us. The dining room is amazing for shared meals and game nights! Shuffleboard and billiards contests are a favorite, too….And the hot tub…a very roomy spot to enjoy a glass of wine and look at the gorgeous sky! The owners are amazing and the property managers, top notch!! We will keep coming back… Not sure we can wait until next winter! 💜

Great for two families

A beautiful house in a lovely quiet location about 15 mins to Beaver Creek and maybe 25 mins to Vail. The house met all our needs and the deer visiting each day was a bonus. The driveway is a little treacherous so have an SUV. The garage is full of owners golf carts and their car which was not ideal, however the owner was very friendly and allowed us to move his car to the driveway thereby giving us access to the garage. Hot tub and pool table were well used and the house had everything you need for a holiday. 5 stars from me

Beautiful house

This is a luxury accommodation in a gated neighborhood. The house has everything you’d expect and was comfortable and peaceful for our guys ski trip. There is an elk herd that visited daily, which was a nice touch. It is hard to tell, but I get the sense that the owners are from Texas ;-). Be aware, and this has nothing to do with the rental, parking at Beaver Creek fills up fast on peak days, so consider car service / uber / taxis if you are not an early riser. I would recommend this place as a great getaway for your family or group.

Wonderful house

Our group was 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 11 years old to 17 years old and we stayed for 7 nights during spring break of 2021. Nobody wanted to leave!!! We loved this house! Very private with security gate at the entrance of the subdivision which has a security guard 24/7. Neighbors are spread out so we had a lot of privacy. Kids were sledding in the back yard on the golf course. We saw a herd of about 50 elk. The house was very nice and very clean. Kids stayed downstairs and used the game room while the adults hung out upstairs. Drive to Beaver Creek was only about 7 minutes. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. The owner and his property manager were very nice and responsive. I would definitely go back.

Great family house!

Our group consisted of two sets of grandparents, two sets of parents and four children aged 2 to 7, celebrating multiple birthdays. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was by far the most well-stocked of any rental I’ve ever stayed in and had everything you could want. Some of party skied both Vail and Beaver Creek and others passed the time lounging around the house and taking in the scenery. The dining room and family room were excellent for gathering and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Family ski trip

This house was awesome! There were 10 adults and we all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The pics don't give the true beauty of this home. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and cooking ware were plentiful. The pantry was stocked with items that we used as well as added to the shelves for the next guests. Hot tub was relaxing. I would highly recommend anyone considering a ski trip in the Beaver Creek/Vail area to stay at John's house. The views were spectacular and it is close to everything. It snowed while we were there and the snow removal service had the driveway done quickly. Just an amazing experience!

an EPIC stay!!! again!

Our family of ten stayed here for a week in mid January and had THE BEST time ever!! We have visited this property a few times before and it never disappoints! Our adult son, wife, and their two children, our adult daughter, husband and their two children and my husband and I all have beautiful and comfortable "space" for togetherness or time apart. The large dining table with both fireplaces is our favorite spot for meals and games and the separate play/gaming area downstairs is a family favorite! the views are spectacular and the property managers are THE most accomodating and responsive! We didnt wnat to leave but will be back...hopefully soon!!!

Wonderful Winter in Cordillera

This is a fabulous spacious home with lots of areas for multiple families or big family gathering. Games for all to enjoy. The most beautiful setting with postcard views! Manager and owner very responsive. Will definitely visit again!

Amazing Father Son trip - 4 Dads with 5 college Boys

It was nothing short of Perfect! The house was incredible in every way. It handle a large group with no problem. The location was convenient to great skiing at both Vail and Beaver Creek each day. Most importantly, we all couldn’t wait to get back to the house after a long day on the slopes. The game room was perfect for the boys and the hot tub great for the Dads’ celebration of a great day! Both John, the owner and Sylvan, the Property Manager, were extremely hospitable and eager to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Thank you to you both! We have already blocked our calendars off for a trip to John’s beautiful home next year. Thank you again!

This beautiful home was perfect spot for 10 people and 3 generations of our family on recent ski tri

Hot tub, sledding on the golf course, easy access to Beaver Creek, plenty of baby accessories for our 10 month old grand daughter made this the perfect setting for family ski trip. The spacious living areas and comfy furnishings allowed us to spread out for quiet times when needed or come together for some great family times. We would return here without hesitation.
