This two bedroom unit is located on the second floor of the popular Sundial complex. Located only 500m to the CBD. Enjoy the garden views from the north facing balcony which opens off the living and master bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a two single beds, no linen is provided (hire linen can be arranged).

Other features include an air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The complex is a security complex and includes a lift, and swimming pool to relax in at the end of the day exploring.

Nice Unit and Very Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Sundial 202 for 18 nights. It was clean, very close to town and a safe place to stay. We will definitely book again. Staff at Elders were very helpful especially Lara. She helped us extend our stay a few more nights.

Good location with plenty of room

We had a lovely stay with plenty of room we could walk to everything pool was lovely and beds were comfortable only downfall was no BBQ but had a nice big kitchen

A convenient location and close to town centre. The unit was clean and tidy and suited our needs. Kitchen could do with an update and perhaps a couple of prints on the walls for a seaside feel. Beds were comfy maybe a lamp in 2nd bedroom. The pool was nice to cool off in.
