The relaxed atmosphere at Villa Renee is perfect for vacationers, who want to get away from everyday stress and who want to enjoy the untouched nature of Florida. Villa Renee is located in a very well maintained neighborhood in SE Cape Coral with a broad water way and access (10 minutes) to the Gulf of Mexico.
This home has been completely updated. This spacious villa has 3 bedrooms : the master bath has two sinks and a walk in shower, the second bath has one sink and a walk in shower. The split floor plan is awesome for vacation with family or friends.The guest bedrooms are far away from the master bedroom, which is ideal for privacy. A large kitchen (stainless steel appliances), a family room (55" flat screen TV), formal living room and dining room are perfect when you like to invite guests.
A heated (solar) pool, as well as the large lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ invite you to relax and enjoy your fun time.
The cement patio on an extra wide canal is a perfect place for fishing.

Bring a boat - it is only10 minutes to get out to the Gulf!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, home was clean and well equipped. We slept in the queen bedroom and the only concern was that the fitted sheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off during the night. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach.

My husband and I stayed at this home for two months. Along with our dog. Patricia, the owner was extremely helpful with any needs that we had. The home is well appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool was very warm and appreciated the nice outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again.
