Beautiful home with beautiful views! This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was fantastic and warm. Close to beaches. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was exactly what we could have hoped for! We loved spending time in the pool under the lanai, eating all of our meals outdoors. We also enjoyed spending time on the dock in the evenings relaxing. We would love to stay here again!

This is a very nice property with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. A couple things to know before booking, this is not set up with items like soap for the showers, nor rolls of toilet paper like I have had supplied at other VRBO properties. You should plan to bring a roll or two if a family and staying a week. I would suggest to them to back off on the air fresheners too, very strong and over powering, we had to find and unplug a majority so wasn’t so over scented. The pool looked wonderful and wish we had had time to enjoy it, but we were there working on a property of our own the entire time. When we had an issue with the TV , they responded and had their contact , Siegfried, get a new one since wasn’t able to be fixed. He is a very nice guy that works to make sure things are good for their guest. He should be the contact that responds to messages on VRBO since he is in the area and the owners are in Germany and takes till next day for replies due to time zone differences.

Thank you for the kind review; I’d like to add a few details. Our house is equipped with bed linens, towels, pool towels, dish towels, and cleaning supplies. Toilet paper and hand soap are provided in every bathroom for the first two to three days. Shower gel, toothpaste, and other hygiene products are not included in the vacation home’s amenities and must be brought by the guests. We have an on-site property manager to assist our guests, and we ask all our guests to contact him if they have any questions or need help. Siegfried can be reached by phone and is happy to help. You can also communicate with us through VRBO, but this isn’t necessary and only takes longer than needed. Thank you very much for staying with us. You’re always welcome to return.

Amazing location

We loved the location, situated on the canal. Screened in lanai to enjoy peaceful evenings and sunsets. Quiet, clean, cozy home. We enjoyed the Cape Coral area.

Lazy Pelican retreat

This was a Great house in a very convenient, yet quiet location. The house was spotless and check-in could not have been easier. We made an afternoon trip to Sanibel and Captiva, which was also beautiful! We would definitely stay there again!

Great experience.

Location was wonderful. We were close to restaurants and shopping as well as having a short easy drive to Ft. Myers to visit friends. We had 3 additional family members stay with us for a 4 day weekend and they were easily accommodated.

Lovely home and setting

The home was very pleasant and the layout was great. The back porch looking out over the pool and the canal was our favorite place to hang out. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We would stay here again!
