Very clean 4 bedrooms villa with 5 min access to the Gulf of Mexico! Heated pool and spa. West exposure therefore sun all day. Large veranda with covered roof. Wi-Fi, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, board games. Air conditioning. Dock that can accommodate your boat. Boat rental Marina is situated on the other side of the canal. Speed-dock.com. You might be lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees from the dock. Very high-end Technogel mattress in the master bedroom. Very quiet dead end street. Nearly all services! 8 minutes from Publix and WalMart. 15 minutes from the Rumrunners restaurant. 15 minutes from Sun Splash Family Waterpark. 30 Minutes from Fort Myers Airport and Fort Myers Beach. No hidden costs! No additional charge for additional people and electricity costs are included! The very friendly Juliet will make an appointment to see you during your check in, she will be able to answer your questions and will leave you her phone number to reach her if necessary.
