Located just under a half mile from Pleasant Road Beach, this well maintained home with a heated pool (20'x34'), hot tub, gas fire-pit and flexible sleeping arrangement is perfect for your next Cape Cod vacation. The backyard is like your own private resort!. You also have plenty of sitting and dining areas on the pool deck and patio.

Inside you'll find a home offering grand living and entertaining space. The open concept kitchen boasts custom hickory cabinetry, stainless appliances, a Premier® six-burner chef's range, granite counter tops, a 7.5 ft. butcher block island and a beautiful glass tile back-splash. A recent addition has created a grand size family room and a comfortable, spacious and private primary suite. Architectural details abound, including custom pine cathedral and beamed ceilings, and hardwood flooring.

When it comes to bedrooms and bathrooms, guests will have plenty of flexibility. The home is made up of four bedrooms and three full baths, all found on main level - first floor living, no stairs! In the primary bedroom you will find a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and private bath. There is a second bedroom with a King bed, which has a private en suite bath. The third bedroom has Queen bed and the 4th bedroom you will find a twin bunk bed with a queen size bed. The house has central AC throughout. In the primary bedroom there is a wall-mounted split unit so temperature can be customized for this bedroom.

No doubt much of your time will be spent in the backyard enjoying the heated pool by day and the hot tub and gas fire-pit by night. Enjoy catching up on the days activities under the stars around the fire. But you may also want to visit the lovely Nantucket Sound beach just down Pleasant Road. It's a short walk, about 8-10 minutes. Take the owner provided beach buggy with beach chairs and towels for a great day on the sand. Since you're so close you can walk back to the house for lunch and a jump in the pool.

The location is also ideal for all the kid-friendly options that Harwich has to offer. Head out to play mini-golf. Maybe jump on the trampolines or battle it out at the water bumper boats. Test your driving skills at Bud's Go-Karts. You are also a short drive to a grocery store, liquor store, and great restaurants. The location is tough to beat!

The house is wonderful, large kitchen & dining area for family meals. The outdoor space was amazing with salt water pool, hot tub and fire pit. We also had an easy walk (2 blocks) to the beautiful beach. Quite neighborhood. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Close to public tennis/ pickleball courts and bike path. Also, Picky Properties were very responsive. Everyone loved our stay. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

A Nice Escape to the Cape

Perfect trip!

We went there to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday and we all had a wonderful time! The jacuzzi was a big hit, as was the beautiful, flat backyard (for wiffle ball). The house was well stocked with kitchen items.

Wedding/ family stay

This stay was all we had hoped for and more. The home was spacious yet cozy. There was plenty of room for cooking and serving large family meals, relaxing to watch a movie and a large dining area for board games in the evening. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. We can’t wait to rent again.

Lovely stay near beach

A group of five friends, celebrating our 70th birthdays, stayed at the home. We found the home to be spacious, beds comfy, towels plush, and lots of nice touches. The hot tub was fabulous! Bring beach towels. The short walk to the beach was pleasant and we enjoyed collecting shells there. The management company was easy to deal with and responded promptly to all messages.

Perfect getaway

We stayed a week with friends in this exceptionally large house. Three bedrooms for adults (and one bunk room that we didn't use) provided all the sleeping space we needed. The common areas were large easily enough for ten people, including the dining area and outside patio. Lastly, the jacuzzi was great for an end of the day wind-down. Highly recommend this property for its central Cape location as well!

Fall get away

The home was very roomy for our group of 6. It allowed for group gatherings inside and out. We appreciated not having to worry about smaller items like paper towels, napkins ect when we were traveling from out of state. The home is very neat, clean and inviting.

Wonderful Cape Cod Week!

This was a perfect house for our week long vacation at the Cape. Walking distance to a quiet, sandy beach followed by evening dip in the hot tub was a great way to spend the day. Centrally located on the Cape and close to several cute towns, we enjoyed everything from brunch on the water to Cape Cod Baseball within minutes of the house. The house was spotless upon arrival and much bigger than the pictures appear. If you. are looking for a quiet family beach vacation, this is the house for you!

Excellent stay at 082-H

We had a fabulous 35th anniversary vacation in Harwich for a week! The listing accurately describes this property, its amenities, and the area. This home was perfect for us and our two small dogs, and would accommodate more if you have a larger party. The house and grounds were well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, utensils, pots and pans you can imagine you might need. The location is terrific, and we were also able to easily get to the outer Cape for day trips. It’s definitely a place we will plan to come back to!

60th Birthday Celebration

This home is truly beautiful, so spacious and so well appointed! The kitchen has every utensil, cup, plate, etc. that you could possibly need. We particularly loved the hot tub and the outdoor shower! The beach chairs and cart were so convenient for our short walk to Pleasant Road Beach! Just a wonderful property for a fabulous long weekend! Thank you so much!

Beautiful house, close to beach and great for groups!

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend stay here. House is decorated beautifully;, the owners evidently care a great deal. Kitchen and dining area were perfect for shared meals and games. The hot tub and patio area were lovely and the 2nd patio area on the other side of the house was also nice if you wanted to hang out in separate groups. The house is also about a 7 minute walk to the beach, which was sadly to cold when we went but looked lovely. Overall a beautiful, well maintained house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here!

Point Pleasant

We had a wonderful week at Point Pleasant. We were 2 families with teenage girls. The house was charming! Clean, open, well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was amazing! Beautiful heated pool, hot tub, gas fire pit (be careful starting it) Weber grill and outdoor dining set. The landscaping was well taken care of, we felt at hame and didn’t feel we were missing anything.

Comfy house a short walk to the beach

Our family, consisting of 3 kids (aged 1-7) and 6 adults, stayed for a week in this 4 bedroom home. It has a well equipped kitchen with open dining area that comfortably fit the 9 of us, and good sized living area where we played games or watched tv. The big yard was attractively landscaped and we enjoyed the bunny who periodically crossed our path, as well as the hot tub and fire pit. There were beach chairs and wagons to haul your stuff if you walk down to the beach which is only a 7-8 minute walk. No beach towels provided so bring your own as well as a few extra bath towels unless you are ok with the limited 1 towel set per person. I recommend you read through contract and house rules to be sure you understand expectations viz cleaning, check in/out. All in all an enjoyable and comfortable house for a fun week on the Cape!

Our large family loved the space!

My wife and I, our five children (ages 9 yrs - 6 mos) and my parents all stayed at this property in late August 2017. What a fantastic space. This turned out to be a great layout for our trip because my parents had their own King suite away from the kids and the crying baby while my wife and I had our own King suite right next to the kids. The large living room provided plenty of space to spread out and the large, flat fenced in back yard was great for the kids to play unsupervised after the beach. I found the bed descriptions a little confusing, but I probably just mis-read. The bunk room has a standard twin bunk bed, and then a third twin trundle bed under the bottom bunk (so 3 twin mattresses) as well as a regular full size bed in that same room. Then there is the room with the queen bed, and then the two King suites. The management company was great to work with and overall we had a fantastic stay! You also can't beat the location with just a short walk to the beach. We hope to be back next year.

Immaculate Home!

We arrived on Friday of Memorial Day Weekend 2021 and were blown away by how beautiful and large this house was! The pictures do the dining and living area little justice. We had probably the rainiest, coldest weekend there ever was to kick off Summer on the Cape, however we were just happy to have a beautiful place to hunker down and enjoy each other's company. It was 8 adults 35-40 years old with 3 children all between 1-3 years old. The kids had a great time all playing together in the living room with the books and various games provided and the adults were able to spread out and cook in the large kitchen and grill outside under the umbrellas. We got a break in the weather for about 2 hours and brought the kids outside to run in the large backyard, with the guys taking advantage of the hot tub one evening. The communication with the management company was unmatched and we enjoyed every moment. Of course the skies cleared up as we were checking out, however we had a great time regardless. Thank you to the owners and management company for your attention to detail! We hope to be back next year!

Cape Cod 2021

This was a very lovely home. The home was wonderful and the backyard was awesome. Being in the mid-Cape, it was perfectly located to do day trips to other parts of the Cape. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

Stayed July 2021

House was awesome. A few things need fixing, the outside gate, the hot tub was not serviced the entire week we rented. The gas grill knobs we're stripped you couldn't tell the difference between high and low heat, need new knows, the large TV in family room the USB ports in the TV itself are broken so you don't have cable or cannot plug in computer. It does work if u want to watch disney, Netflix, hula but can't watch regular TV.

Clean Comfortable House & Great Location

The house was great for our extended family. It had everything you needed, is located in a pretty neighborhood (nice for walking) and was only a 7 minute walk to a nice clean beach. Perfect for our stay and would visit again.

Wonderful house

My family and I enjoyed a week at this property. It is a beautiful home, plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, everything very clean. Bonus was a giant back yard. Property management was great and made check in/out process very easy. Overall great experience!!!

Beautiful home by the sea!

Beautiful, spacious home in charming Harwich with all of the amenities to keep two families with tweens/teens happy! Whether it was the short walk to the beach, quick ride to the center of town, dinner on the patio, evenings in the hot tub or games in the yard, everyone in our party fell in love with this home. Would definitely return!
