Lovely property in Benton, KY

This adorable cabin had all the amenities we wanted and a wonderful location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of parking and outdoor space to enjoy, too.

Great space for four 'old men' to hang, cook, play guitars, and enjoy the water! The kitchen was well supplied with gear and the host was SUPER responsive and helpful. The walk to the dock is absolutely pleasant and short. Loved it and we'd like to come back!

Great house in peaceful neighborhood

Great well kept house. Secluded backyard is great for privacy. It’s a little walk through the wooded trail to the water but you have your own dock. Would definitely rent again!

Great cabin near lake with plenty of room

My family had a great time at this house near the lake! Property manager/owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Used the grill on back deck each night and made s'mores on gas fire pit. It's about five minute stroll through the woods to the boat dock, but enjoyed the flora and fauna on the way. Excellent weekend getaway!

Great weekend on the lake!

We recently stayed at this beautiful lake cottage, and I can't recommend it enough! The owner was incredibly responsive answering all our questions promptly. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the cottage immaculate. The open floor concept was awesome as well as the decor! The location is fantastic—close to the lake and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Overall, this cottage is great, and we can't wait to return!

This property was a great place to stay! There is a bit of a walk from the house to the boat dock, but it isn't bad. The house is bigger than I expected from viewing the pictures. We had a great time fishing and boating. The owner was available if needed. Interior was clean and ready to go. Overall, we had a great experience.

Comfortable, clean house with everything we needed

This VRBO was one of the cleanest and best stocked places we have stayed for our annual girls’ week get-away. Plenty of towels, kitchen had dishes, pots and pans, glasses, utensils, and more. We didn’t lack for a single thing. The house and property is well-maintained and the local contact was very kind when we reached out to him to ask about a couple things. Booking the unit was easy and Evolve was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Definitely consider this VBRO when looking for accommodations in the Kentucky Lake/Benton, KY area.Thanks for helping us have a wonderful stay!

Nice Christmas getaway!

We wanted to get away for Christmas and this was the perfect place for it! It was in a quiet neighborhood right next to the lake, but within 20 minutes of Walmart and other stores and restaurants. There were more beds than we expected as I don't remember the listing saying there was a set of twin bunk beds in addition to the King and 2 Queen beds. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked I've ever seen. The only thing I would have liked to be different would be to have a bigger dining table. For a place that has the potential to sleep at least 8 people, a table that only seats 4 people just isn't enough. Everything else was great, though! PS - If you come for the holidays, bring your own decorations

Great Place to stay!

We have rented a LOT of condos, homes and a one really badly misrepresented town house around KY Lake. This and one other will definitely be our go-to places. Host was so very kind and responsive!! Only reason we even had to bother him was about golf cart rental he offers to make the walk to the boat dock easier for our 2 smaller children. It was perfect! He even inquired on our stay after to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!! We have suggested and shared our experience with friends who have asked about great lake homes to rent!! We will be absolutely be back 😊

Our family had a really good stay at the house. It was just right for our size group, 6 adults. It is a little bit of a hike to the boat dock but we enjoyed sitting, talking and fishing off the dock.
