The Douglas on Third is a 100 year old building that has been completely redone, inside and out and offers one of the few places to stay on historic 3rd Street in downtown McMinnville. The rooms are quaint, not overly large, but we have built in most everything you will need during your visit!

We love that people can enjoy our amazing downtown and then walk safely back to their VRBO at The Douglas on Third. Over a year ago, the couples decided that they wanted to take on a fun project, and thus the Douglas on Third came about. Meeting new people, introducing them to the town and community they love, and simply being hospitable is something they are all passionate about. They cannot wait to make your stay at the Douglas on Third a memorable and enjoyable one!

The Douglas on Third was completely remodeled in the fall of 2016. While all of its updates give it a modern flare, the qualities of the original Douglas Hotel are ever present. It is a unique and inviting space that will serve as a wonderful "home base" as you explore McMinnville, OR
