Villa Vines is located in the Rivendell Winery Estate, when staying at the Villa you have access to the onsite tennis court, you can also wonder up to the onsite cellar door.

The spacious open plan design is centred around the free formed casual living zone that is highlighted with soaring ceilings, gorgeous pendant lighting, Reverse Cycle Air conditioner, Wood Burning Heater, Ceiling Fans,polished concrete flooring & huge feature windows allowing plenty of natural light to flood in.

The modern, galley style kitchen centres around the large island bench that offers breakfast bar facilities. Stone benchtops, plenty of storage & stainless-steel appliances will ensure entertaining is a breeze.

Step directly outside via glass sliding doors onto the large timber decked alfresco area that has lovely garden outlooks where you can enjoy a drop of local wine.

There are three spacious bedrooms all with quality carpets plus two luxurious bathrooms.

The home is energy efficient, with a slow combustion wood heater to keep you warm in Winter & overhead ceiling fans in all rooms to keep you cool in Summer.

Suitable for both families or couples this home offers a wonderful sense of privacy yet is only a few minutes' drive from beautiful Beaches & the Yallingup & Dunsborough Townships.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
As there is no roadside rubbish bin collection, the inspector will empty the green sulo bins, therefore please ensure all rubbish is bagged up when placed in the green sulo bin on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
COVID POLICY COVID-19 is considered a known event and a foreseeable risk that you are accepting, therefore our cancellation policy will apply.
All guests must be 21 and over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Groups with one guest over 21 and the rest 18-20 will be declined.
We do not accept leavers/schoolies even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
