Guesthouse southern highlands sleeps 40 with functions up to 60 in large grounds

Highball House is a gracious country home set in idyllic Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands. Eat stay and play within the house and its extensive grounds or explore the local village and Morton National Park and highly rated wineries. Perfect for weddings or family events and corporate team building where you want everybody to be able to connect without having to leave the house.
On a single level it is ideal for young and old and pet friendly.
We have a detached studio for conferences, Yoga , painting classes or whatever! It has foldout tables and chairs for up to 26.
Our outdoor kitchen and garden is adjacent to the large commercial style kitchen and includes a BBQ, Weber, Pizza Oven, Smoker and free firewood.
Bedding and Linen included with beds made up on arrival.
Please see site and house plans in the photos so you can get an idea of the rooms and indoor and outdoor spaces available for your use.

Please note that Highball House is perfect for events such as weddings and reunions etc. It is not suitable for noisy parties or large events
After 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday we request guests abstain from any music or loud noise shouting etc outside
Highball House is located in a residential area. No marquees outside.
