Very spacious and great for a gathering of friends or family to spend a holiday away together. The outdoor hot tub was nice to use in the cold winter temperatures. The place supplied everything we needed.

This is an excellent house for a family/friend get together. Great kitchen for cooking. Open plan with many separate areas for conversation, playing pool, watching movies, etc. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms spacious and clean. According to the plans mounted on the staircase the home was architecturally designed and built as a B&B back in 1997 and it is a beautiful piece of architecture full of ambience and charm. It is showing signs of wear and tear in places, as a result of past occupants but tastefully furnished and we had a lovely relaxing stay.Thank you Tim.

The house is beautiful, and it’s in a great location. The house is really well equipped, it’s great for kids and our little dog enjoyed it too. Communication with our host Tim was excellent, he was really helpful and always responded quickly. We would love to stay here again.

The spa was lovely and the fireplace was really nice to sit around. Tim, the host was lovely, friendly and helpful. The house was almost perfect for the 14 of us, except for the fact that we had no idea that the master bedroom was a loft, so getting to sleep when others were still up was near impossible. The house offered a great dining area and kitchen which made our shared dinners a wonderful experience. Overall, a lovely week.

Great country escape

Loved our stay at this property! Was a great location for day trips as well as being really close to the walking track to Fitzroy Falls. The house is huge, with an awesome fireplace that kept us warm. The kids loved our stay and had a great time.

Tranquil break

Great location for getting away from the rat-race. Timbala is a very large property suitable for a party of 10 adults or up to 14 with children. The large kitchen, hot-tub and pool table were a hit.
