Magnolia Place 201 is designed for comfort and ease. The open living area flows into a fully-equipped kitchen and dining space, perfect for cooking, relaxing, or entertaining. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy serene pool views and fresh air. The condo is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained to ensure a stress-free, enjoyable stay.

Public beach access is just minutes away for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Please note some amenities, including pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and are subject to availability.

Nice condo!

My two grandchildren, my husband and myself enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s close to all major attractions and the beach. We would definitely stay here again if in the Myrtle Beach area.

Great location, spacious condo & overall wonderful!

My family loves coming to MB and this condo was everything that we needed for our family of 6. Spacious, scenic balcony, clean, security and multiple pools to chose from. It is in a great location close to everything to do in MB. My only recommendations would be a Roku for the living room tv, more pans for cooking, and mattress toppers to make the king beds more plush. We would choose this unit again in the future since we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check in and checkout process was seamless.

The condo was exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean and nice. Had everything we needed even though we didn’t use the kitchen or living room. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. The condos are close to everything including the beach and was a straight shot to our daughters house. We will definitely be back.

Grandparents/Grandkids Annual Trip

This unit was perfect size for family of 6 (4 adults & 2 teenagers). It was very clean. Air conditioner worked great. Recommendation for better quality bathroom towels (add some hand towels) if possible. Kitchen well stocked with variety of dishes. Nice assortment of board games, books etc. Beach chairs were available. All were comfortable and enjoyed the accommodations. We would rent this unit again. Thank you!

Nice condo

Location and condo was great but just a lot of rules and paperwork. Had to fill out additional rental agreement and give driver’s license. Was worried we would be charged more because they required me to do more At check out

Carpet

The only compliant we had was the condition of the carpet. It needs new carpet in the common area. I put a call in and a nice young man came to arrend to my call in a timely manner, but the owner need to invest the money to treat, clean or replace the carpet. I would have given 5 rating, but the was displeasing. Please sent this message to the owner and you can provide the owner my information if they would like to discuss my experience.

Everything we needed

The condo is just as pictured - nicely situated and in a safe neighborhood. The layout of the condo worked really well for my brother-in-law, our close friend (who are a married couple) and my husband and I. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pond. My husband was in a CrossFit competition over the weekend and so he really enjoyed the soaker tub in the master bathroom. My only thing to mention to any ppl who also come to visit is that the kitchen is pretty basic in what they have. I cooked our meals when I was in town and I brought my own 13x9 inch pan to bake chicken in because I wanted to cook in bulk and I’m glad I did because the house only had a 10x8” Pyrex pan to cook in. It all worked out, but that’s the only thing I’d advise someone about. We had a wonderful time and the price per night was the best we could find for this area so close to Socastees and Myrtle Beach boardwalk.
