Nestled in the heart of Hepburn Springs, French Cottage is a charming retreat designed for relaxation, comfort and cosy country escapes.

Accommodating up to five guests, the cottage features two spacious bedrooms with king beds, one of which offers flexible bedding that can be split into singles. A cosy daybed in the second bedroom provides additional sleeping space, making the property ideal for couples, families or small groups.

Filled with warmth and character, the cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, inviting indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and a natural wood-burning fireplace perfect for cooler evenings. Guests can also unwind in the indulgent spa bath or enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning, supplied linen, coffee facilities and entertainment options including DVDs.

Step outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, with local favourites including The Surly Goat, Palais, Cello, Lottee and the Hepburn General Store all within easy walking distance.

Please note the property includes stairs to both the entry level and second floor, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Girls escape

Perfect location and home to celebrate together. So close to Hepburn Spa, coffee in morning at Harry’s and late arvo drink at Connie’s Kitchen. Cosy spaces to relax and well- appointed kitchen to eat in.

A weekend of pampering and comfort

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the beautiful and luxurious French Cottage. Every amenity was thought of, and more! Communication was attentive and well timed. It was so helpful to receive a message on the day of arrival re check-in details etc. We will definitely be back again.

Very comfortable

Enjoyed our stay. Place was well furnished and the quality cutlery was better than expected for this type of place. Really added to the homely feel. Generous supply of firewood was a pleasant surprise as well. The front door lock is stiff and not functioning properly which was a bit frustrating... glad it wasnt dark and raining... We ran out of hot water with our showers but we had filled the spa up that morning... I would have thought it would have recovered quicker than this... about 6 hours later. Some more attention around guide posts or something for the driveway would be helpful. It is quiet treacherous especially in the dark. Overall lovely little space on the side of the hill backing into the forest with the sound of a waterfall in the valley below.
