This relaxing getaway is close to some amazing outdoor adventures. It's 6 miles to the lake, 7.5 miles to Heavenly and Stateline casinos, and a half-mile to the Lake Tahoe Golf Course.

The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare quality meals from home. Even with the kitchen & living room just steps away from each other, the passthrough window ensures the cook always gets to stay connected to the conversation happening on the couch.

The sturdy wooden dining table has 5 chairs & a bench for 3. Enjoy cooking & dining outdoors with the gas BBQ & options of outdoor furniture.

At the end of the day, rest your head in one of the 4 bedrooms & unwind with a movie–all bedrooms have Smart TVs w/ a cable app. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Awesome place to stay!

I loved the location. We didn’t want to be to close to everything so this was perfect and not to far away from everything. The decor is so cute. Only complaint was running out of hot water so fast. I like that house is on a corner away from neighbors.

Celebration in the Mountains

We enjoyed our stay at the home with our kids and parents to celebrate a birthday and holiday. We did run into a few things in the home of concern, but when making the property management aware of it they were quick to respond. We had an enjoyable stay!

Great stay at reset

Came for a family vacation and had a great time. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We cooked on the grill and made big family dinners in the kitchen. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, toilet paper and all the essentials. Beautiful sunsets off the back porch. Even saw a coyote run by!

The place was as advertised. Nice accommodations, clean, big enough for 3 adults, 3 teens, 2 small children, and a dog. The location was SUPER convenient as it was right off the highway coming from Sacramento. Communication was great. The only thing that was not a big problem was that the back sliding glass door would not latch to lock. There was a dowel to block the door and acted as a lock.

Nice House on Elks Club Dr.

Nice, clean rental. On the corner of Apple Valley Dr and Elks Club. It’s a bit noisy and although fenced, scary for furry friends in case of an escape. Heater is having weirdness and the house was super hot at night.

Family Getaway

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 3 kids. We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table. It was a little too hot for the hot tub, but I'm sure most of the year it's a welcome addition. The only disappointing part of our stay is that the A/C was not working, which was unfortunate given we specifically chose a property that listed A/C and it was a pretty warm week in Tahoe. Property company was very responsive, although unable to fix it before our stay was over. Also, the outside deck furniture was quite dirty and the lawn looked a little overgrown. Overall, we had a great stay! Location was good and a quiet neighborhood.

Huge disappointment

Very deceptive listing, horrible and cheap mattresses ( except master bedroom), my family all need chiropractor care now, driveway and entrance dirty and not cleared, problem with hot water and not enough to last, 2 out of 5 burners on stove broken, hot tub difficult to access and not cleared from snow and ice, definitely would not recommend this house as I am a VRBO owner.

Tahoe Blunder

Their were mice that we complained about the first day and never heard back. Their were nice droppings in the kitchen cabinets. The cleaning people would have seen these but were either ignoring them or oblivious. Pretty ridiculous. There was also no screen on the sliding door and other windows as well. That sucks in the summer. The AC did not work very well either. Property is misrepresented.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at your Airbnb. It was nicely furnished and was in a great location. Unfortunately, on Friday evening at 1am, the whole house was woken up (including 3 kids under 5 years old) in fear to loud noises and flashing lights in the front yard. After few minutes of investigating, we come to realize there are two men outside scraping the snow off of the front deck. After the noise finally stopped, the men went into the backyard and did the back deck. This was an absolutely terrible experience because it was extremely terrifying having people walking around the house and making so much noise at that time of night. We didn’t know whether to scream out the window or call the police for people trespassing. After they finally left after 20 minutes or so, we could not go back to sleep with the fear and adrenaline from the situation. I am not sure if this is a paid service or something, but it was extremely unprofessional for these people to be doing this work at 1am! Especially when the house was occupied with guests!

Cute home

Decorations are very nice and updated. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice addition of the dog basket of toys and food/water dishes and mat. The fireplace was nice. Location is about 15-20 to the mountain and 15 min from town. The master bedroom and bathroom were nice, however the tile in the shower is lifting on the floor. Great water pressure but hot doesn’t last long. The kids bunk room was adequate size. The other two bedrooms are way too small for the king beds with one of the beds side wood rails coming up over the mattress was very uncomfortable and over all every bed in the home was not good. Very hard and sloping to the middle made for everyone to not sleep well. The second bathroom shower does not drain and neither of the bathrooms have fans. Requires to open windows making it very cold for our winter stay. The sliding glass door is absolutely awful to open and close takes a grownup to open and close with a lot of effort. We had a lot of snow with large amounts of water in the garage floor and due to extra furniture in garage we were unable to park inside. Mice ate our clothing hanging in the laundry room and a huge mice nest in garage cabinets. They removed snow while we were there and they covered two of the windows making it dark in the home but not intolerable. We enjoyed our stay and Lake Tahoe was amazing as well as epic skiing on Heavenly.

Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. In addition, this home has a tankless hot water heater, so leaving a few minutes between usage and trying to avoid pairing showers with running additional water appliances is very helpful to maximize hot water. Cute house, nice yard, but don’t expect much from management

This is my second time staying with RNR. The first time should have been enough when we asked multiple times for our dirty hot tub to be serviced. They replied with pricing and never showed to service it. This time dealing with management was again, a headache. Two days before arrival we received a message that our unit was vacant the night before if we wanted it for 50% off. The next day I texted asking if we could check in 1-2 hours early due to the storm that was coming in that night, office staff replied with they can’t guarantee it but they would be in contact. The next day when we left I texted the office again to see if we could arrive sooner than expected so we aren’t driving over the summit in dangerous conditions or stuck waiting at the resort center in a snow storm. I received a snappy text saying if it was available they would have contacted me. I stated we are trying to beat the weather, they said someone is working inside the unit. We figured since it was available sooner, 2 hours early check in wouldn’t be an issue. Drove by the unit and sure enough, completely vacant. Other than that, the unit was clean & nice. Beds were okay, couch was comfy and kitchen was stocked. The backyard is nice & large, the unit itself is quite small. Something to consider if you’re traveling with larger groups. Everything was updated inside as well, plenty of board games under the tv. My only complaint is dealing with RNR, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

For future guests to note - we do offer discounted rate opportunities if a home is available the night before or after your stay dates. However if those opportunities are not booked by guests, then we take full advantage of conducting maintenance, deep cleans, etc. when we have valuable time in the home before a guest checks in. We always let guests know if a home is available early, however our check in/check out times are usually very firm in order to have the house guest ready and up to our standards for your check in. Please plan accordingly to arrive at the check in time as agreed upon when booking and on the rental agreement.

Reviewer Comments: Pros - The kitchen was very well equipped and it was wonderful that the home was supplied with so many things (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soaps)! The location of the house was fantastic. The management company was quick to respond when the entry code didn’t work and they were also quick to respond when the WiFi wasn’t working. Cons - the deck and furniture were not usable (dirty cushions and a broken chair). The floors of the house were very dirty (as shown by our toddlers’ black feet after running around for a short period of time). The area rug in the living area smelled strongly of urine (it is a pet friendly rental, although we did not have any pets with us). The beds were all very uncomfortable. I find it disturbing that they don’t recycle. I cannot speak to the hot tub as we did not use it but there was a repairman working on it one day. When I told the management company about the issues, they apologized and thanked me for letting them know. I was hoping we would be offered a small monetary refund for the inconveniences but they just offered their standard 10% discount off our next rental (which they offer to everyone). I’m really not sure if I would stay again - only if the items above are corrected but I’m not sure how you would know without actually inspecting it before rental.

Entry was digital so we experienced convenience from the start. With a large living room and kitchen, our friend group had plenty of room to walk around and enjoy downtime between nature outings. We took a service dog with us and he loved the back yard. The surrounding area is very quiet and you really get to enjoy the sounds of nature. Overall great bang for your buck.

Lovely home. Perfect for our Girls trip

This home was great for our girls trip. Good, central location for getting to all places around Tahoe. Kitchen was well stocked and they had a lot of extras including many bathroom accessories and a welcome gift . Would definitely recommend!

Great location

Enjoyed the home, had every kitchen amenity needed. It was great having a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Adding darkening curtains to the bedrooms would make a great stay perfect.
