The reversed floor plan maximizes the breathtaking scenery and birdlife, with open-plan living and dining on the first level creating an effortless space for entertaining. A gourmet kitchen, featuring a large stone island and premium stainless steel appliances flows seamlessly onto a covered balcony terrace. The four-bedroom layout includes a deluxe master suite with an ensuite, walk-in robe, and a private balcony positioned to welcome the morning sun through the Moonah trees. The ground floor hosts three additional robed bedrooms, serviced by an oversized family bathroom and separate toilet, offering a practical and stylish family-friendly design. We provide quality linen and cleaning services. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Bright filled lovely home that suits a large group
The house was beautifully presented, open & light with all the amenities you need, including a fantastic open covered terrace. The space allowed our party of 7 to feel so relaxed and prompted us to eat in, rather than head out for dinner. Would definitely book again.

Lovely property with adequate space for all of us - 6 adults, 3yo & 2 x 1yo. I didn’t realise at the time of booking that a high chair & cots were available & we really needed a stair gate. We had brought everything except the gate. Lots of condiments available which is really great. Coffee pods & fire wood were also supplied.
Beautiful surroundings & if the weather had been warmer we would have taken advantage of all that was provided.

Great comfortable house with plenty of space and light. House is great for families, and within a short drive to all the popular places on the Peninsula. The boys loved the golf course too!!
