Our photos do show a steep walkway, and our description does note that "the backyard is only accessible by stairs, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility." After reading your comments, the homeowner would like to share the following:- For food and beverage storage, we offer a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen, a second one just steps away in the garage, a freezer in the laundry room, and two smaller drink refrigerators downstairs—all intended to support larger groups comfortably.- We provide 18 towels and 18 washcloths, which we’ve found to be sufficient for groups of 9, along with laundry pods for guest use if fresh linens are needed during the stay.- Both sets of stairs are standard width, carpeted, and have handrails for safety; we always encourage guests to use caution, especially in unfamiliar spaces.- The downstairs fireplace is decorative, but we provide two working gas fireplaces—one in the upstairs living area and another on the upstairs porch. We’ll work on making this distinction clearer in our listing.- The TVs are functional and have laminated instruction sheets. We’ll check the game system and relabel light switches and outdoor string lights where needed.- We'll continue working with our neighbors to see if extending quiet hours to 10 p.m. is possible.We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience.
