Overall, it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay. It had a great ocean view from the 18th floor. The pool, lazy river and beach were all very convenient. Parking was less so. It was across the street in a multi-storied parking building. Our major problem was controlling the amount of sand that got into the condo. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc had to be kept inside. Even after washing everything off before coming inside, large amounts of sand came in. The sliding glass door out to the balcony was very difficult to operate. Maintenance came and worked on it, but it still took great effort to open and close it. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of pots, pans, dishes and coffee cups. The washer and dryer were very handy and we have them quite a work out. Initially, we only got one towel and one washcloth per person. We requested some extras, so we would at least have a chance to launder the dirty ones. Management was responsive to our requests. No big complaints and we would stay there again given the reasonable price and knowing what to expect.

Beach vacation

Great access to pool and beach. Overall impression of condo was good.Kitchen had terrible pots and skillets and each bedroom could of used a dresser. Otherwise we enjoyed are vacation.

Vacationing with the birds

This condo was very comfortable. The decor was nice. Our family loved staying on the 18th floor. The only problem we had were the toilets were too small too low to the floor. For older adults we need a taller toilet.
