Great stay

In Carlsbad for leisure trip with my son. The condo was very clean, exactly as represented online, great immediate neighborhood adjacent to Omni La Costa, and surrounding area has any food or shopping you'd want to enjoy. We would absolutely return next time we're in town!

Felt at home!

This was my first experience with Vrbo. I have nothing but good things to say. Anytime I had a question it was quickly responded to. The condo was very comfortable, a perfect home away from home. I would stay here again without question! Thank you!

Overall, very comfortable studio condo: very clean, nice furniture, and pretty well stocked kitchen. Resort complex is beautiful, meticulously maintained and lovely pool. Balcony is deceptively small and not really very user friendly. Hot water was also minimal. It is located near the main resort entrance, so a bit nosey for me....lots of landscaping maintenance, but great for the property.

La Costa Omni Condo

When I opened the dishwasher it smelled like something was dead and rotting in it. There were only two very small bars of soap in the unit.The shag rug bath mats looked very old and worn. The toilets do not flush effectively. When I reported all of this to Cindy, the property manager, she did not seem to care. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the past. This was the first time we decided we would never stay at this property again.

Thank you for the review. This guest did leave the place in good order. I did receive a call a few minutes before check-out and was not given an opportunity to help this situation. A simple text to your property manager at any point during your stay would have brought a helpful team member to your door with any supplies and assistance needed. All linens, towels, and bathmats are replaced after each guest and professionally washed. It was confirmed upon exit that there were clean dishes in the dishwasher. After being emptied and run again, no odors remained. We could not recreate the issues with the toilets but will keep monitoring the situation. Cindy

Great condo

Property was clean, well furnished and in working order. Management company was easy to work with and responsive. We would stay again.
