Great place! The location was perfect, very close to a small private beach and walkable to great restaurants and shopping along Main Street. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed!

Perfect family spot

We enjoyed our stay! We have two little ones and we truly enjoyed being able to walk a very short distance right out onto the private beach. Condo is newly renovated and clean. We will definitely consider going back here again.

Property was very clean and well organized. It had plenty of paper towels and other paper supplies. We did cook while there and found pretty much all the cookware we needed. Other than a small leak in the ceiling during a torrential downpour we had no other issues. We contacted the management company and they were quick to send property manager over to check on things. We will definitely be back again. We have stayed at several other condos at the Yachtsman and have never been disappointed. It’s a great location with lots to keep all ages busy close by.

Perfect for Family of 4

This unit was nicely suited for our family with two children (ages 7 and 4). They loved the bunk room and the private outdoor spaces of the back deck and roof deck were perfect for early mornings and evening relaxation outside. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to the private beach and the neighboring playground/beach at Veterans Park. The community pool was equally convenient and a great alternative to beach days. The lifeguards and pool manager were so friendly and even provided toys/goggles for the children! Overall a lovely community we hope to revisit in the future!

Condo at Yachtsman

The Yachtsman is the perfect location for beach, restaurants, and accessing the ferries. All within walking distance. The use of linens and washing machine and dryer were strange. Typically, when you pay these rates, linen service is included. Not only did we have to ensure all linens were washed and dried before departure, the laundry machines are located in the basement. We had to turn the water on and off prior and after each use. There are holes in the wall that surround the spickets from water leaking out. Other than that, great stay and location for our first time on the Cape.
