Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed the short walk to the private beach and made the most of the yard with some competitive badminton. Cleanliness and guest comfort are our top priorities, so it’s fantastic to hear the home had everything you needed. You were fantastic guests, and we would love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind words about our historic home, the updated appliances, and the comfortable bedrooms! We are thrilled you enjoyed our close proximity to downtown Hyannis. We want every stay to be as comfortable as possible. For future travelers planning their trip, our home is located exactly six houses away—a flat, two-minute walk—from the neighborhood beach entrance. To make this short walk even easier, we provide a beach wagon to help guests effortlessly transport chairs, coolers, and gear. However, we completely understand that health conditions like heart failure make any walking difficult. For guests with stricter mobility limitations, we always recommend a quick 1-minute drive to the nearby public beach parking lots for maximum comfort, or as you noted, a 1-minute drive to the Esty entrance of our neighborhood beach. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we would love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for your review and for highlighting our great location by the beach and smooth check-in process. We appreciate your feedback regarding the accommodation of larger groups. To help guests plan, our listing includes a detailed description of all bed sizes. We also provide a full floor plan showing the layout of the space. This includes our standard beds for eight guests and the sleeper sofa for two. We aim for total transparency so guests can choose the best fit for their needs. Thank you again for staying with us and helping us improve.
