Very nice ranch in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake with our boat. Ramp was a little rocky, but it worked.

Great spot to experience Hot Springs NP!

Our trip was to hike and enjoy nature with the family and have a quiet place at the end of the day. This house fits that very well!! House is close to many of the natural attractions: Hot Springs National Park (15 min) , Garvan Woodland Gardens (15min). Kids enjoyed kayaks on the channel and garage / game room. Front patio is great to sit and relax! Groceries and restaurants a short drive away. Thanks!!!

Peaceful area

Beautiful house very well equipped but needed to be cleaned better on the outside sitting area. The beds looked like the sheets hadn't been changed. Very steep incline and hard to get your car loaded and unloaded. All in all it is a nice house just may need a new cleaning crew.

Peaceful getaway

We were a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teens. The home was a great size for us. Lovely decor and many nice upgrades. There were some must haves in the home that made it extra convenient for our stay- washing detergents, seasonings, cooking oils, and even coffee. We enjoyed the propane grill on multiple nights! The driveway is extra steep, however this did not cause an issue for our family but I could see it being problematic for the elderly or with young children loading and unloading into the vehicle. Also, there are no TVs in the bedrooms, the work around for us was my teen son hooked his PS4 up in the living room and camped on the couch. We really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful hime

Wonderful stay. House was perfect size for us. We loved the game room. My husband kayaked one day. Wish there was a better view of water but we were gone a lot anyhow.

3 bedroom good location

The property was as described. Bedrooms were nice size and fit our needs. We enjoyed the grill & outdoor eating. The house was clean except for the floors. It would not have been a big deal except we had a crawler and a 4 year old running around bare footed and the bottom of her feet were black from the floor. We brought a floor quilt with us and we tried to contain the one year old to that area. That was basically our only complaint.

Very steep driveway. Very hard to get in and out of van on the incline. Garage not available because it's made into a game room. And not really a view of the lake as we expected.

Great spot for a family getaway

This was a great place to stay. The house is very comfortable and nice. There is technically a water view from the front of the house and a quick jaunt down the hill to the water. The house is located only about 15 minutes or so from Hot Springs and we did go into town a couple times for activities. We were two families traveling together with 4 adults and 3 teens. The girls loved the bunkbed and having the room to themselves, while the older boy was very comfortable sleeping on the couch. The other two rooms for the 2 couples were very nice and comfortable, as well. One morning we saw a number of deer around the house, which was neat. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the lake. They have a few water floats and noodles, but we brought our own. They are very well stocked, except that we ran out of toilet paper and dishwashing pods quickly. Speaking of the dishwasher, it was a little complicated to run. We figured out the key is to close it quickly once you hit start. The water in the kitchen runs fairly hot but we found the water filter inside the fridge to the left for drinking water. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing family trip and would definitely do it again.

Nice quiet location great Home!

Had a great time enjoyed the stay! Tuck in a quiet neighborhood away from the traffic. With use of the dock across the street you can use the kayaks in the garage, there is a pool table/ping pong table and tv in the garage also! Definitely recommend it!

Amazing house that is close to everything in Hot Springs.

The house is spacious and gorgeous with room for a family or 6 to spread out. The kids loved to hanging out in the garage playing pool and ping pong as well as playing in the yard. We day deer and rabbits and the house is located in a quiet area on Lake Hamilton.
